Masamune's POV
It's been a whole day since I helped Kojuro and (YN) out with their project. As I walked towards my locker and opened it, I heard a small whimper and turned over, seeing Aki. Distressed as no one would ever see her. Before I could say anything, she ran past me and left the campus.

Masamune: A-Aki?!
Yoshino: she feels guilty

I turned over and saw Yoshino, glancing up at me.

Yoshino: she is having problems coming to terms with her feelings.. I'll help her

Before I could respond, Yoshino followed after her. I glanced at my locker and sighed, dropping my bag as I ran after Yoshino.

Aki's POV
I panted to myself as I collapsed near by a park... Why couldn't I apologize? Why did I run? Why aren't I in class?! So many questions ran through my head... Does Masamune... Love me? I felt a blush warm up my face as I sighed... How will I know..? I sat down on a near by swing set and started to get nervous... I never skipped class...

???: YOU'RE BUSTED!
Aki: AH! IM SO SORRY ILL NEVER-...

I looked over and saw a girl running after her dog, who was off its leash... I feel a blush grow hotter on my face as I clenched my fists.

Aki: WHY DOES HE GET UNDER MY SKIN SO MUCH?!

I sighed and looked down at my lap, holding Masamune's unbrella close to me...

Masamune walked off... I was still stunned by his response. I looked over and saw his umbrella... I quickly picked it up and hurried off after him, finding myself at the library... (YN) and Kojuro were there...along with... Yoshino?

I guess that makes sense... (YN) and her are dating so... Wait... I saw Yoshino and Masamune heading towards the exit. Out of instinct, I hide and peer in on what they're saying...

Masamune: it went...somewhat as how we planned..
Yoshino: what do you mean?
Masamune: I mean that... Aki cornered me and forced me to spill the beans on why I've been ignoring her... Ultimately, I just told her the truth... Part of it..
Yoshino: Hm. Well as long as you managed to grow closer to your goal.

Aki: It's... You could talk to whoever! Why would I care if you and him are close!

I turned around and.. Yoshino was gone.. I sighed quietly and started to walk...Why did she walk away like that..? Why am I so worked up..? Why am I so angry...?... I'm horrible...hurting others to save myself...but...but I can't let myself move on from the first one...i cant let it happen... I was suddenly forced out of my thoughts as I was forced away, hearing a loud car suddenly stop... I.. Open my eyes...and see Masamune looking at me...with...with concern...genuine concern...

Masamune: I...have... Been looking for you... And I see you like this?! Why would you cross at a red light?!

I turn over and see a young girl around our age. She had long, light brown hair with the same color eyes too match. She also had a beauty mark under her eye.

???: you... I.. I cant believe it.. Masamune...
Aki: W-What?
Masamune: Um.. Do i know you?
???: I've.. Ive been waiting to meet you again..

The girl suddenly hugged Masamune tightly... HUH?!
