▍"IT'Sa really good one," jimin coos as he uses his remote to change to a Netflix movie, trying to find the perfect one as he settles down on his couch, Yoongi in the kitchen, popping some popcorn in the microwave.
"You always pick the worst movies," Yoongi sighs, popping a popped kernel into his mouth from the already made popcorn bowl. They always ended up having two separate bowls, they liked it differently so they both got their own, Jimin spreading himself out on the couch, humming.
"The movies I choose are gold," jimin says stubbornly as Yoongi brings out the two bowls of popcorn, Jimin lifting his legs up so Yoongi can sit before he places his legs across yoongi's lap.
They end up watching a movie called heartthrob, which was pretty good and intense, they shout at the screen sometimes during the intense scenes, calling out that "he's crazy!" or "she's blind for not seeing that it's him!"
More than half way through the movie, Yoongi leans his head on Jimin's shoulder, sighing as he looks up at him with a pout. "If you ever date someone don't let them kill me," he jokes and jimin looks down, trying not to blush because their faces are less than an inch apart, he can feel yoongi's breath on his own lips and he tries not to think about it, turning his head away from his friend.
"There's no one I would date," jimin shrugs off.
"Why?" Yoongi asks, sitting up on the couch to look at his friend.
"I-I mean you know I'm not really into..."
"Girls? I know," Yoongi rolls his eyes before putting his arm around Jimin's shoulders, pulling him closer. "But that's completely fine," yoongi smiles, pinching his friend's cheek.
"And there's not really any cute guys at school, I mean there's good looking guys, but most are straight so that sucks but no one is really my type," he shrugs, he's never really talked to Yoongi about dating, fearing that he'll expose himself for liking him and he feels like he's about to fall into that trap so he tries to keep it as vague as possible but Yoongi asks the one question that makes him flustered and panic.
