▍WHATDOESHEDO?Jimin sighs softly as he lays in his bed, staring at the ceiling because what does this mean. What does it mean when you've kissed your best friend and have admitted your feelings to one another. What's it going to be like on Monday? Tuesday? Wednesday through Friday? How will their friends take it? Are they even dating? Jimin's mind is racing and his phone starts to ring and he picks it up, glances at the contact and he instantly picks it up.
"Hey."
"Hi," Jimin says back.
"You okay?"
"I don't know..."
"Talk to me," Yoongi says in a raspy voice, he must be in bed and half asleep but Jimin likes hearing his voice.
"What now?" Jimin asks, chewing on his bottom lip. "Do we just act normal? What do we do?"
"Whatever you want to do, I'm down for anything and for you."
"Cheesy," Jimin sighs. Yoongi chuckles at that and Jimin feels his chest tighten. He doesn't know what do and how will they act on Monday? When they're around people and alone? "Stay on the phone with me till I fall asleep?" Jimin asks, turning onto his side.
"Whatever you need."
"M'kay," Jimin says, hiding his face in the pillow, holding his phone to his ear between the pillow and his head.
"Can I take you out next Friday?" Yoongi asks, "not as friends."
Jimin giggles tiredly at that, nodding even though Yoongi can't see and he lets out a hum of agreement. They stay on the phone even when they're both close to falling asleep, only listening to their breaths and Jimin falls asleep with a smile on his face, thinking about Yoongi non-stop.
It really happened.

Yoongi went to his dads for the weekend which left Jimin alone the past two days but by Monday, his palms were sweating, he was nervous to see Yoongi because what the fuck is going to happen now? How will they act? Will they even act different from how they used to be.
