Zack Fair x Reader

"Heya (y/n)!" Zack said excitedly popping in up in the space between her, and her book. (Y/n) looks at him somewhat irritated.

'This will be good.....' she thought and rubbed the bridge of her nose before closing her book and looking down at him. "What is it puppy?" She asks quietly and begins playing gently with his hair which made her feel slightly better.

Zack grinned happily and nuzzled her hand gently with the top of his head. A small, ghost of a smile appeared on (y/n)'s face and she continues playing gently with his hair. 'Just like a puppy.' She thought and kisses his forehead, causing Zack to blush slightly.

"I wanted to know if you wanted to play truth or dare with me." Zack said grinning and nuzzling her hand more. (Y/n) visibly stiffened.

Truth or dare. The worst game ever invented. All the times they had played truth or dare flashed through her mind. Zack had made her do the most ridiculous, most embarrassing, most terrifying things ever. And it usually never ended well for her.

"No-" (y/n) protested looking down at him.

Zack gave her puppy dog eyes and held her hands gently with his. "Pleeeease!" Zack pleaded his puppy dog eyes intensifying.

(Y/n) stiffened even more 'not the puppy dog eyes....that cheater!' She thought and looked away. Zack pouted for a second before grabbing her cheeks gently and moving her face back so she would be facing him.

She squeaks in surprise and looks at him as he gives her his signature puppy dog eyes. (Y/n) sighs and rubs the bridge of her nose "one game. Just one okay?" She told him. 

Zack instantly brightened and nodded happily. (Y/n) swore she could see his tail wagging happily. Zack sat next to her and held her hand happily. (Y/n) sighed 'what had she gotten herself into?' She thought annoyed his puppy dog eyes had worked.

"Truth or dare?" Zack asks happily looking at her. She thinks through this thoroughly 'what's the worst thing he could ask?' She thought and boy was she wrong.

She looked at him and her gaze instantly went to his lips. (Y/n) had liked Zack for a while but she wasn't a lovey dovey person. She was bad at expressing her feelings and telling him this was especially hard.

"Truth." She said exasperated. Zack smirked having noticed she was looking at his lips. He leaned in closer 

"Do you want to kiss me right now?" He asks. (Y/n) turned bright red and backed up falling looking away from him. 'He noticed!' She thought panicking. 

Out of nowhere she said "d-dare!" She looked at him blushing. His smirk widened and he leaned in more his hot breath hitting her face. 

"I dare you to kiss me." he said confidently holding her cheek gently and stroking it with his thumb.

(Y/n) blushed bright red and moves away yelling out somewhat panicked "never have I ever!" She covered her face with the book embarrassed by her reaction.

Zack chuckled and hugged the girl "that's not the game silly." She held her close and kissed her lips gently. She blushed a darker red and hid her head in his chest. She muttered something and buried her head deeper into his chest.

'Idiot.....I love you... ' she thought holding his hand gently to which he happily held hers back kissing her forehead a happy and satisfied smile on his face.

"Love you." he whispered in her ear before kissing her the back of her hand gently. She looked at him surprised and he gave her a flirty wink.

She smiled slightly at his antics and blushed heavily snuggling into him "love you too puppy." She said almost silently as she slowly fell asleep in his arms.
