Baekhyun |Break up|

Dedicated to @Deltia

The coffee shop. Where everything started and ended as well.

Dell felt her tears wetting her cheeks as she nonchalantly stared out the window. It was raining, so heavily. People outside we're carrying their umbrellas, sheltering themselves from the rain. Her eyes we're in search of one familiar person, but in vain, she found none. She was sitting inside this coffee shop, sheltering from all means of rain. But she felt it still- the stinging pain as the raindrops heavily landed on her heart, freezing it. Trashing it. Tearing it apart.

"Dell, are you alright?" Joanna had asked her, every day, and she would said she's find. But today, she did not said anything as her dried eyes finally gave away once more and tears started rolling down her chin once more. She couldn't handle the sadness all by herself, yet she had made it so far. She cried, silently as she held onto Joanna's shoulders, her mind wandering off to weeks ago.

"Baekhyunnie~~" Dell squealed as she wrapped her hands around Baekhyun's eyes. She could feel the amusement in Baekhyun's voice as he said, "Dell, what are you doing?"

"I'm trying to be childish like you, why? Is it not working?" Dell pouted.

"Nope, you can never be more childish than me!" Baekhyun said to Dell, pouting too. However Dell decided to laugh at Baekhyun as she bent down and kissed him.

"Happy birthday, jagiya~" Dell sang before sitting down.

"Gomawo," Baekhyun smiled, but the smile seemed so forcing.

However, Dell did not notice, she went on cutting the cake and lifted it into Baekhyun's plate. Baekhyun stopped her halfway by putting his hand on hers. Dell lifted her head and glanced back at Baekhyun. Her smile faded ever so slightly.

Baekhyun was not smiling.

"Dell, we need to talk," Baekhyun said in a low voice. Dell maintained the fake smile on her face and cleared her throat.

"What...what are you talking about? We're talking, aren't we...?" Dell said.

"Dell, please don't tell me you haven't notice that we're drifting away from each other-"

"No! I'm not drifting away, Baekhyun! You are! I worked so hard that we might work, you just have to ruin it!" Dell shouted at Baekhyun despite others staring. Baekhyun sighed in desperation.

"Is this about that other girl? It is, isn't it?" Dell questioned as tears continuously poured out of her eyes.

"What? Dell..." Baekhyun gripped onto Dell's arms but Dell forcefully shook it off.

"Don't touch me!" Dell shouted, "I saw you with her, Byun Baekhyun! Yet I have to pretend that I'm alright because I trust you! You just...stomped on my heart!"

Dell ran out of the shop after yelling and she was crossing the road when suddenly a force of air pushed onto her and she was pushed to the sidewalk. A loud horning of the car could be heard and than the sound of the impact when a body and a vehicle collided.

Staring back behind her, Dell froze.

Baekhyun's lifeless body laid in a pool of blood.

"He's not coming, is he?" Dell asked Joanna for the nth time. Three months. It had been three months since Dell frequently attended this cafe.

"Well, his mother did warn you about seeing him again," Joanna smiled sadly before setting down the cup of espresso on Dell's table.

"I guess I should have known better...that his mom planned all of this..." Dell smiled back at Joanna and sipped her espresso.

"She's an evil bitch, that's for sure. I can't believe she paid some low life girl to kiss him," Joanna scowled, "I guess she kind of regret it when she knew she has to risk her son's life."

Dell smiled bitterly and stood up. In her hands, there was a bouquet of white lilies.

"You going to visit his grave today?" Joanna asked.

"Yeah, see you around," Dell said as she turned to go.

At the graveyard...

Dell felt tears wetting her eyes as she knelt in front of the cold, hard, marble stone. Her hands caressed the name carved onto the gravestone gently and set the bouquet of flower lilies down onto the ground.

"I came to see you," Dell smiled slightly, a tear rolled down her cheeks and down to her chin, then to the hollow of her neck.

She felt a presence behind her, and as she turned around, her jaws dropped.

A familiar square smile greeted her as he enveloped her into a big bear hug. He kissed her gently and deeply before breaking apart for oxygen. Dell smiled back at him.

"How did you find me?" Dell asked.

"Joanna told me that you went to visit your father's grave," Baekhyun murmured, burying his head into the crook of her neck, "I just got out hospital a few hours ago and immediately I went to the cafe to look for you."

"I'm glad you're okay," Dell whispered as she cried onto Baekhyun's shoulder.

"I'm glad that I'm the one that pushed you out of the way," Baekhyun whispered back.

"I'm sorry, jagi, I never should have doubted you-"

"It's alright, Dell, my love. That way, I know that you actually cared about me too," Baekhyun said as mischief glinted in his eyes.

"Baekhyun..."

"Don't worry, Dell, I'll always be with you, forever," Baekhyun said before kissing Dell once more, a kiss that promises endless aeons.
