"Oh...and ummm...may I borrow one of your car keys?" She asked shyly
"Sure!" He opened his drawer and grabbed some keys then placed them on the desk.

"Pick whichever you want" he said.
"Nice!!I see you like the crossover" he said rubbing his hands.
"No!" Chuckling "you just told me to pick random" she smiled.

"What is the problem Candy!?"Antony asked holding her hands
"Is..it..true.. What Steve said?are we too much attached that maybe he thinks I'm having your attention more than him?" She asked tears welling up her eyes.

"With all that has happened over the months and you coming to our lives...its just like,..a miracle" he said reassuring her.

"You know ...i respect you a lot sir!" She said wiping her tears"I see you like a father I never had" she said sniffling with her head laid low.

"I'm too old to be someone's lover or whatever he tried to mean" he sighed"you should get going. Don't be late!!"
"Okay" she exited.

She got ready and wore more casually.

She then left hurriedly. It was a one hour drive from the estate to the city.
"Oh I love this song" she said rising the volume.

She sang along dancing

"Oh my Gosh!!its 12 already!!" Let me first go to the grocery store!!"she said checking her purse she bumped into someone dropping her purse spilling all her cards out.

"I'm so sorry ma'am. Let me hel..Candy?" Elijah asked as he finished collecting the rest of the cards.

"Elijah!!!?Oh my Good??" She was so excited to see his long time friend in the neighborhood she used to live in.
"How've you been? Its almost an year since I last saw you...You know how school is..especially majoring on medicine" he said chuckling.

"Umm...I'm ...good..so great..I'm just coming from work and got my day off to come shopping"
"I can come with you really. Have nothing to do for the day." He said smiling.. Aaaawww one could fall in love.

"That's too much Elly. You don't have to" she blushed.
"You'll enjoy..just like old times.." He laughed.
"Sure!!just like old times huh!" She joined laughing after locking the car door.

Back at the house...
Antony was pacing back and forth in his office. He had called Steve 30minutes ago.
"WHAAT?!" Steve said entering the office.
"Why did you say the rubbish that you said earlier?" Antony asked trying to calm himself.

"Does it hurt you too?" Steve asked blankly.
"What has gotten into you?" He asked concerned. He couldn't believe the son he had, who was standing in front of him seemed like a totally different person.

"So,you now like women? After what 10..15 years??" Steve asked folding his arms.
"Get out?!!!" Antony threw a glass that passed Steve and shattered at the ground.

Meanwhile...
"You know..this was such a great encounter" Elijah said while finishing his meal.
"Mmmmh..I...never thought we'd ever see each other"Candy said chewing
" You haven't changed at alll!!!"Elijah said laughing.
"I'm glad thou Elly" Candy said after finishing her meal.
"My pleasure to spend time with you..." Looking at his watch"Its 3 o'clock now"

"Oh my!!I sure should get going" she said picking her bags.
"Thank you for your company" he said going to hug her but she moved and their faces were almost touching and they looked at each other keeping eye contact.
It felt as if nothing else moved. It was just them.
"Oh sorry!" She hugged him fast and left.
Oh I should focus.. But she still is beautiful

She was happily waving her bags since she had already placed the groceries in the car trunk. She went to cross to the other side of the road when suddenly she was almost hit by a speeding car.

"Oh my God!!" She said dropping her bags.
"I'm so sorry!!" Phillip came out of his car.
"Its my fault... No problem.. I got this.." She said picking her stuff.
"You not hurt right?" He asked concerned
"No!no!not at all!" She smiled as they crossed the road.

"I'm Phillip by the way!" He said helping her put the stuff in the trunk
"Candy" she blushed.
"You're so beautiful" he said smiling.
"Thanks" she said entering the car."Nice meeting you!"

"My pleasure" he said"Drive safe"he gave her his personal card with his phone number and showed 'call me signal' crossing the road.

"Oh what a day!!" She said starting the engine "two handsome men in one day!!craazy!!aaah!!"she laughed.

No brainer blasted through the speakers
