Oh my boy!!" Kristen said kissing Steve's cheeks "how are you?"

"I'm good as you can see!" He said turning around.
"I heard about the accident.. So sorry boy!" She said looking sad.

"I'm fine now...really..you don't have to be sad grandma"
"Its okay...lemme serve you breakfast"
"So...why don't you visit frequently" Steve asked chewing.

"Table manners Steve!!anyway I've been out and about in the upcountry you know..taking care of my goats" she smiled

"I'll come see you.." He was interrupted with his phone beeping showing a text from one of his many night stands.

He choked on his tea and spilled on himself. "Excuse me!"

He went to prepare himself and went to his father's office.
His phone beeped again

"Steve can you concentrate for once?" Antony asked annoyed.
"I am waiting for the rest of the members dad!"
"Check on the files then..."

Bernard and Elijah entered.
"Gentlemen.. Its good to see you.. Let's begin..." Antony said patting their backs..
"Now...about the gala Antony!" Bernard started.."How many people are you expecting? "

"About 300...you know it'll be on my patio. It can host as much."The meeting continued...

Meanwhile...
Candy and Kristen were almost done with all the meals.
"Let's put them on the dining room then our work here is done" Kristen said carrying the dishes.

Candy called Antony telling him all the things were set and his answer was...

"Now all I'm going to do is take advantage of this sun and pool" Candy said excitedly.
"Mind if I keep you company?"
"Sure..lemme go get my swim suit" Candy said running to her room.

"Such a sweet girl" Kristen said heading towards the swimming pool with a jug of fresh tangerine juice and two glasses in a tray.
"I'm here!!" Candy said after a while.

"Come..take some" Kristen passed her a glass..
"I missed swimming.. The last time was ...a long time.."
" Tell me about your parents! "Kristen asked curiously.

" I don't remember much about my real parents only that I was raised in a foster home..nothing much really"
"You remind me a lot about Racheal"
"Who is Racheal?"

"Steve's mama!!"
"Oh..you know about her?"
"Not much..she didn't even stay for long ...she left on Steve's 10th birthday and I never saw her again"

"You know why?"candy asked taking a sip
"She was caught sleeping with..." She looked up to see someone behind Candy..
"Candy?" Elijah said.
"Elly?" She said turning "whoa you didn't tell me you were living here!!" He was surprised

"Come join us.." She entered the pool "you  remind me when we were 13 and you said you had a crush on me and.." She started laughing
"You got angry" Elly said laughing along.

"I didn't speak to you in a whole month until your birthday" Candy said covering her mouth while in the pool.
"Oh my ..you're so funny girl.." He said sipping her juice

"Are you still seeing that annoying girlfriend of yours?" Candy asked  making a funny facial expression and he splashed water on her
"She's not my girlfriend.. She just loves my company and..is in the same school as I am.." He was interrupted

"You see..following everywhere you go..." She looked at Kristen "can you imagine since we were 12..she been on his neck...she should be your twin" she said looking at Elijah.

Steve comes from behind and signals Elijah to get out they need to leave.
Elijah stood "It was nice to see you again..but I'll be coming to the gala"

Candy stood to hug him"See you then"
Steve felt some type of way...
