The Hybrid

Chapter 14

"Percy!" I yelled as he kept tickling me. "Guy's a little help over here please?!" I said in between laughs. 

"Say Percy Jackson is my favourite person in whole entire world and then I'll stop." He said still tickling me. 

"Okay, okay." I said and he stopped tickling me. I looked to my right and saw Nico smiling at me and gave me a slight nod. "Nico Di Angelo, Annabeth Chase, Leo Valdez, Jason Grace, Piper Mclean, and Hazel Levesque are my favourite people in the whole entire world." I laughed getting up and running away from him. I heard the others start to laugh their butts off and I started to run at wolf speed when I heard Percy yell, no, scream my name at the top of his lungs. 

"Katherine Cassiopeia Jackson get back here!" Percy yelled. I laughed and started to slow down to a jog. "Kat you're going to hurt your self!" 

I screamed as my foot came in contact with a log and I faceplanted into the dirt. I heard multiple pairs of footsteps running towards me. I started laughing as everyone started to ask if I was okay or if I was hurt. 

"I think she might have hit her head." Jason said slowly, watching my every move.

"Guy's I'm fine." I told them. "Percy you were right."  I watched as everything around me looked frozen. "Guy's?" I said getting up from the dirt and waved my hands in front of everyone's faces. "That's not weird at all." 

I heard a noise to my left and slowly walked over to where I heard the noise. I walked for what seemed hours before I finally saw something. I ended up at the wear house. The same wear house that we found mom in. As I walk closer to the building I saw something written on the wall in what looks like blood. 

"You did this to them." 

"Alright. That's not terrifying at all." I said slowly, walking away from the wall. I noticed that the door leading into the building was open. I thought about it for a minute before slowly walking into the building while getting a weird sense of Deja vu. As I walked into the wear house, I saw that everything was exactly as it was when we left it. The chains were still on the floor and the doors were still busted down. I started to walk around the building until I saw something that caught my eye.

"Is that blood?" I asked myself. I walked over to the pool of scarlet liquid on the ground. As I got closer, I could tell that it was in fact blood. The question was, who's blood was it? I heard a scream in the distance and started running towards the voice. I got back to where I left the group and saw they were gone. 

"Guy's?" I yelled walking around the area. "This isn't funny!" I heard a branch snap behind me and I quickly turned around and saw the group behind me covered in blood. "Guy's?" I asked. They took one look at me and fell to the ground. I could hear their heartbeats start to slow down. I ran over to them and started yelling at them to wake up. 

"They're not going to wake up." I heard a voice behind me say. 

"Don't just stand there! Help me!" I yelled at the figure, tears building up in my eyes. The person slowly walked in front of me and knelt down to where I was. 

"You did this to them Katherine." The person told me. "You are the reason they are all going to die." I looked down at my hands and saw blood all over them. 

"No." I cried. The figure stood up and walked over to Annabeth. 

"What a shame. I liked her." The person said. I stood up and looked at the person hidden by a cloak. 

"Get away from her." I growled at the guy. The figure slowly walked away from Annabeth and started circling around me."Who are you?" 

"I am the person you took everything away from." The person said still circling around me. 

"What do you mean?" I asked tears spilling out of my eyes. 

"I mean, you took my family, my home, my everything from me." The person said moving closer to me. 

"Who are you?" I asked again. The hooded figure lifted it head and I swear I recognized his striking hazel eyes. 

"I'm the guy that's gonna make sure that you are going to lose everything important to you."

Hi people reading this, Before you get out your pitchforks and tomatoes, I'm so sorry for not updating sooner. 

I just got a job, school- is well school, and I'm gonna be in a production of Anne of green Gables which is gonna take up a lot of my time, but I will try and update as soon as I can.

Also sorry about the short and crappy chapter.
