Halloween Special

Percy-
"Bro." I poked Jason's shoulder repeatedly to try and get his attention. After about a minute of constant poking he playfully glared over. "Yes? What do you want?" He poked me back in play revenge.
"So I have an idea. We get everyone to scare their girlfriends for Halloween!" Jason shook his head.
"Dude, halloween is in three days. Can we really plan a spooky prank by then?" I nodded happily. We had to do this.
"We can get Leo and Frank involved too. Maybe even try and get Nico to scare Will." Nico would be a great addition to the Spooky Team, seeing as he could summon ghosts and creepy cool crap like that. I also just decided we were calling ourselves the Spooky Team. Jason laughed and rolled his eyes.
"Do you even have an idea for what the prank should be?" I stared off into space. Hadn't thought that far into our plan yet. I honestly thought Jason would shoot it down. He laughed. "Ok. Let's go gather the rest of the gang and try and plan something out."

"What." Nico stared at us incredulously. "A prank. You want me, who has never had and never will have a girlfriend, to help you guys pull a prank. On your girlfriends." We nodded. He rolled his eyes.
"Idiots. What's the plan?" Jason and I looked at each other. "Um. We were hoping to come up with one now?" Frank looked a little worried.
"But we need to get something done in three days. Is that even possible?" I nodded.
"We have Leo here who can build anything,"
"Aye thanks man!"
"And Spooky Boi™️ over here who can do cool stuff!"
"Never call me 'Spooky Boi™️ again."
"Also I'm calling us the Spooky Team. Who's in?" I was met with silence. Finally Jason stood up and clapped me on the back.
"Percy, bro, you're crazy. But I'm in, on whatever is gonna happen." Leo jumped up.
"Bros I'm in too! Damn can I please build a smoke machine? I've always wanted to build a smoke machine!" Frank stood up and smiled timidly.
"As long as I don't have to do something mean, I'm in." Man I was excited for this. We only had to get Di Angelo in. I stared at him with my special puppy dog eyes. He rolled his eyes, and nodded.
"As long as I don't get any more stupid nicknames, I'm in." I pumped my fist in the air. I was so excited! We just had to finish our plans.

Annabeth-
I stared at the small group of boys. They had been sitting in a little circle talking for about an hour and a half. They were planning something, I could tell. I was no idiot. I nudged Hazel and Piper's arms, and pointed to the small group of boys.
"What do you think they could be planning?" I whispered. Hazel shrugged.
"Maybe something for Halloween. I mean, it's in three days." Piper gave me famous *Im planning something* smirk.
"I could charm speak one of them into revealing their little plan." I nodded. That was a good idea, I wish I had thought of it. Piper popped up and ran over, and grabbed Percy's arm. When she walked back over, she had a little gleam in her eye.
"Ok, so I can't tell you guys yet, I sorta wish I didn't know, to be honest. Just be excited for Halloween!"

Piper-
O. My. Gosh. Usually I'm not the type of girl who gets all shippy over everyone else's relationships, even if I am a daughter of Aphrodite, but all the boys idea were too cute. I couldn't believe this! Only two more days. I won't tell you the plans, I'll let you read your little story and find out. Just know that maybe it's not the scariest idea, but it sure as Hades is an amazing one.

Hazel-
I woke up on Halloween to a knocking on my door. Usually that didn't happen, people were scared of my cabin. I mean, the creepy gothic style did tend to scare a lot of people off and make them think all kids of Hades were evil. We're not! The knocking continued. That was odd- trick or treating was later tonight. I opened the door to see Frank standing there, all dressed up for the day. He had a little devil horns and tail on, and looked adorable. If anyone can fail to look creepy, it's him. I giggled.
"Hey, you should get in costume." He said with a small smile. I nodded and closed the door. I had decided to be a panda for Halloween. Cute and simple. Black and white fuzzy shirt, black jeans, and a little headband with fuzzy ears. When I reopened the door, he grabbed my hand and led me towards the center of camp. I gasped. I couldn't believe it.

Annabeth-
I threw a book at the door. Whoever decided to wake me up earlier than humanly necessary needs to get hit in the head with my thesaurus. When the knocking continued, I got up and opened the door, prepared to give them an earful. But there was my boyfriend, dressed as a dolphin. Adorable idiot.
"Yo. We have a surprise for you all at the training area. C'mon or you might miss it! Get in costume!" He bounced on his toes, so full of excitement. I rolled my eyes with a smile, but started getting my costume together. I was being Hermione Granger, because she's awesome. I grabbed Percy's hand and let him drag me to the training area. I squeezed his hand and laid my head on his shoulder. This was worth it.

Calypso-
When I was jolted out of my book daydream to Leo yelling for me to get up and into costume, believe me I wasn't happy. I was up already, because I like getting up early I don't care judge me if you want, but I don't like taking orders. Especially from little elves, even if that elf is my boyfriend. So I chose to ignore him for a book.
"C'mon, mi novia, there's a surprise in the training area! A nice one! Just get into costu-" I opened the door and gave him a look. I'd been in costume for an hour. I'd chosen to be a princess, I don't know and don't care which one, but I was in a dress and fake plastic tiara. I looked pretty stupid, but Leo seemed into it. He turned a bright red. He was dressed as some painter he had shown me on "youtube", bob something. He had his hair teased into an Afro, painted a beard on his face, and was wearing a button down. If he hadn't drawn a beard on, he would've looked ok.
He grabbed my hand and led me to the training area. I gasped and put my head on my shoulder. I didn't regret getting out of the cabin for this.

Will-
I didn't expect Nico up before 10, let alone waking me up before even the sun was up. He is not the most productive, or human, person in the mornings. But today he was all dressed up in skeleton costume, with pretty cool makeup. He looked really cute in eyeliner.
"Well? Get into costume, I have a surprise." Was that a blush I sensed on my boyfriends face? It was! He was definitely blushing. I quickly ran into the bathroom and threw on my costume. I was going as a piece of candy corn. I'm pretty sure I looked dorky but whatever!
"You look dorky." Said a blushing Nico. He shoved my shoulder towards the training area. I smiled. It looked so cool! I told my boyfriend no death magic, but I'd let it slide this once. I quickly kissed his check in thanks.

Piper-
I was already up and in costume in anticipation when Jason knocked on the doors to the Aphrodite cabin. I almost wish I didn't know- the surprise would be half the fun- but I was excited none the less. I was dressed as a fairy, with awesome makeup. When I opened the door, Jason looked surprised to see me up and dressed. I don't blame him, I only get up easily when I'm in extreme peril or an extreme good mood. He was dressed up as captain America, the one from the original movie, First Avenger, and not the one with the beard in Infinity War.
"Ready to go down?" I nodded. I couldn't wait to see everyone's faces. When we walked in, I couldn't stop the smile on my face. Everyone looked so happy. The pumpkins Frank had carved were strewn around, smoke from the smoke machines Leo built pouring out of the mouths. A few souls fluttered around, summoned by Nico. The ice the pumpkins sat on was formed by Percy, shaped in intricate wave patterns. And the pumpkins hanging from the tree, hung by my amazing boyfriend, were smiling down at us. All the boys had worked together to make a poster that spelled out "Happy Halloween!"
"Maybe it isn't the scariest," Percy said.
"But it meant a lot to us." Annabeth finished.
"Happy Halloween everyone."
