She went to school, where she met up with her boyfriend of two years, Matt.

"Hey babe."

"Hey."

"What do you say we ditch and go have some fun?"

"Sure"

After their little agreement, the two stood by the lockers talking for a while, before her biggest bully and nemesis, Brittney, aproached them.

"Hey bitch," she spoke with disgust in her voice.

"Hey slut," Izzy retorted.

"Listen you. You have no right to talk to me that way. After all, I'm the one with all your secrets," she hissed, venom dripping through every word.

"Oh I'm sorry, I missed the part where you're suddenly entitled for everything and became the center of the universe instead of the sun," Izzy snapped at her.

"Actually I believe that's incorrect, since the sun is the center of the solar system, and the solar system is only a small portion of the universe, so you might want to try something more along the lines of-," her best, nerdy friend Vincent, who had just walked into the conversation, providing his unnecessary input as usual, began one of his well known tangents, only to be cut off by Izzy.

"Not now Vince! As for you Britt. You better shut the fuck up before I mess your face up so bad, no amount of plastic surgery can fix it," she hissed, anger laced with every word, as she was about to pounce on her, only to be stopped by Matt.

"Okay, I think we're done here," Matt stated, casually throwing a very angry Izzy over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes, and making his way out of the school, Izzy still kicking and screaming, trying to get out.

"What the fuck was that for Matteo Grinch?!"

"The hell? That's not even my name bitch!"

"Wow. That was low. Even for you. Why didn't you let me mess her up?"

"Look. I'm sorry, that didn't come out right, I know she was the real bitch in this situation, but cut the girl some slack."

"Why should I? She's done nothing but make me miserable and want to die."

"You're kidding right? All that crap that stupid bitch says actually gets to you? How pathetic," he spoke with distaste.

"If I'm so pathetic, then why are you still with me?"

"I'm not. I'm seeing someone else now. I can't deal with you anymore. We're done."

"What? Who the hell did you cheat on me with."

"Britt."

"What the fuck is wrong with you? How could you? You know what, I don't even want to know. Goodbye Matthew."

With that she ran back to the building to grab her stuff and leave, leaving Vincent very confused.

"What the fuck just happened?"

"Not now dufus," his twin brother Nathan said, smacking him upside the head.

"Ow! So I take that as a no for lunch Iz?!" he hollard.

"Vince, she's not coming back. Now get to class already," Nate spoke, dragging his brother away from the scene.

She ran all the way home as tears streamed down her face, not only did she hate herself and have her boyfriend cheat on her with her arch nemesis and bully, but today was the day mother nature decided to pay her a visit.

"Izzy? What the hell are you doing home? You left like two hours ago what the fuck?" her brother spoke, going into responsible adult mode instead of brother mode to make sure she was okay.

"Don't. Just don't fucking start with me Mickey!" she spoke, on the verge of tears.

"What's going on?" he asked gently, slightly taken aback by her sudden outburst.

"Nothing. Nothing at all. Hi Grandma," she mumbled, noticing her grandma's presence in the room.

"Hi sweetheart," she replied, before Izzy quickly pushed past her brother, running up the stairs and locking herself in her room.

"What the fuck just happened?" a very startled and confused Mickey asked to no one in particular.

"She's a teenage girl Mickey, she's not the same little girl you left behind 10 years ago."

"Why does everyone keep saying I left, Dad was the one that said to go to a college far away for the scholarship."

"Don't. Speak of that cruel ignorant asshole as if he's some kind of saint. Robert Jones is not your father, Colton Harris is. There's a reason you three have your mother's name and neither of their's."

"Why's everyone so pissed about him?"

"You don't know do you?"

"Know what?"

"Look. You didn't here it from me my dear, but your stepfather was never a good person. He stole money from this family and used your mother so much, she was just too caught up in the moment to realize. Him hurting Izzy was just a small part of all the bad he has done for this family."

"That sick, twisted son of a bitch! Can't believe I ever falled him Dad," he angrily spoke, pacing back and forth.

"Don't worry child. He's gone, hopefully out of your lives forever. Now you have to deal with Iz."

"Yeah. What the fuck am supposed to do?"

"Hey! I thought I taught you better than to swear in front of your fucking grandma!"

"Sorry. But seriously, I don't know what to do."

"She's a teenage girl. She's very emotional right now. Go make sure she's okay, just talk to her. Let her know you're here, even if she doesn't want to talk. If that doesn't work, then bring her down here and let me work my grandma magic."

With that he went upstairs to his sister's room. Little did he know he was in for a huge surprise...
