So my friend Foxiene knows how special these babies are to me. We brought them in the last RP we did, and we brought these kids in in like...July or so. I did not want to say goodbye to the babies, so I'm taking them from that, and putting them here! Enjoy!

Your POV

"No! Aaron, You promised that tonight would be our night! The kids have been looking forward for this for so long, just tell Hamilton that you can't make it!"

Arron ran around our bedroom looking for his tie and suit case. "Y/N, You know that will not slide with Alexander. Once he asks for something, it's damn near impossible to change his mind. He said that he needs me to come in today, so I have to come in today!"

I scuffed, and crossed my arms over my chest.

"Tell him something! Anything! Say that you're sick, or one of the kids are sick, or I'm going into labor! I don't care, just please don't leave," I kept pleading with him, but I knew you would get nothing from it.

Aaron sighed, and turned to me. "Y/N...How about this. I'll leave early. So tonight is not cancelled, just postponed for  bit! I'll be back by five." I raised my eyebrow, and leaned against the door frame.

"Promise?"

"Promise."

Three hours.

Aaron had been three hours late to the weekly family movie night. He missed the whole thing. He missed the kid's little dance number, their song, dinner, and most importantly, the movie.

The whole time Crystal and Marcos were crying for their father, but he never fucking showed.

Expected.

The moment I saw his headlights pull up, I couldn't help myself from getting upset.

Once he ran inside, he set down his suit case, and threw off his jacket.

"Let me explain, Y/N. When I got there, Alex put down three weeks worth of work on my desk. I told him that I couldn't do it all today, but he said he would help me,"

I leaned against the kitchen counter and crossed my arms over my chest. "And did he?"

"No!"

I hummed, and started walking to the bedroom.

"Y/N, Im so sorry. I wanted to make it, I swear."

"You made a promise," I stopped, and looked at him. "Not only to me, but to Marcos and Crystal. Right now, your apology means absolutely nothing, but it'll mean something to them. So don't tell me shit until your children know you're sorry."

Before he could respond, I shut the door, and laid down on our bed. Our beautifully huge bed would only have one person resting on it tonight.

Aarons POV:
I rested my forehead against the door, and gently wrapped my hand around the handle.

I wanted to turn it.

I wanted to open the door.

To get down on my knees and beg for her forgiveness.

But I didn't.

Instead I walked away.

I paced around the living room for at least half an hour until I decided to check up on our kids.

I went up to the slightly creeped open door, and stood at the doorway. I leaned my head against the entryway, and gazed at their room.

Yes, it sounds creepy, but their room was decorated adorably.
