Chapter 8- day 7

It's been three days

And I have accomplished nothing

I haven't shown up to school

I haven't left my room

I just been sitting in my room, crying, and eating my cookies and cream ice cream

I'm pretty sure I have gain at least 5 pounds

Chad keeps texting and calling me but of course I have been ignoring him

"Knock Knock Knock"

I hear someone knock on my window but when I go to the window I don't see anyone

"What the Heck was that" I chose to ignore it and walk back to my bed and then I see who it was

"Go away" I yell

"No please just hear me out red, you know I would never hurt you, at least not on purpo-" chad says but then something hits his hair coming from outside the window

"The hell" i say picking up the bottle "it has a note in it" and I look up at chad "did you do this"

"No I didn't red, that's what I've been trying to tell you"he says

"And How would I throw a bottle from outside you window if I was right here the whole time" he says disappointed

"Do u know who it was" I ask but he doesn't respond back to me, or look at me, he just looks at the ground

"Chad,please tell me" I beg

"I can't"

"And why not"

"He'll kill both of us" he yells "he fucking sick, he doesn't want you to know until your done with the poems, this is all just a fucking game to him, a game that no one can win" he yells "he fucking hires people to to watch over you, he threatens me, he told me that if I didn't put that note up then he was going to kill you, he knew you'd be there"

"So" I gulp "this is just a game?"

"Yeah, but if we loose the punishment is death" he chokes out

"Well then let's play" and he looks up at me in shock

"What"

"Well we can't give up now, we only have one note left after this" I say "even though we didn't see the note from the carnival"

"Wait, this is the note from the carnival" chad says opening the bottle

"How do you know"

"Because I read it" he says handing me the note

" violets are blue

Roses are red

Find the last note

Or your dead "

"Location: rest your head"

"What does he mean by rest your head" I ask

"I don't know, I was just as confused as you when I read it"

"Well where ever it is, we only have three days to find it.......or where both going to pay the price" he say

"Wait" chad shouted " I have an idea, maybe it's someone where you rest you head, like a mattress store, and is one right down the street

"Good thinking chad,but can we wait until tomorrow, I kinda want to get some rest and let this all sink in" I ask

"Sure I'll just go" he turns around but I grab his hand

"Stay with me" I ask and he nods and picks me up and walks me over to my bed

I sat in the tree outside rose window watching them

The way he looks at her

And begs for forgiveness

And the way she forgives him like it's nothing

Why does she have to love chad

Why can't she love me

All I ever do is love that girl and this is how she repays me

By loving him

I hate him

He so lucky I can't kill him

Not yet anyways

And the way he picks her up

The way the look into each other eyes

It makes me want to burn down the whole world

I thought it would be enough pinning him at the carnival but no

He always has to come back

For all these years, that's all he ever did, just walk back into her life like it's nothing

Even after he cheated on her and I was the only one there for her

And I ask her out but she said "I just got out of a relationship"

"This whole fucking thing makes me sick" I punch the tree

3 more days

Just 3 more days and that's when all my plans come into action

Once it hits 12 o'clock I'm going to do it

I was going to do it even if she found all the notes anyways

She's mine and she will always be mine

Even if she didn't want to me

I'll make her

Because that's what you do for the one you love right?
