    ON TO THE STORY.

By the time you and Sans along with the Chara and her twin— whose name was Frisk as said by Chara themself— It was already past midnight, the children were obviously tired but you? Hell you wanted to get out of the damn car and run. PR in other words— your butt was feeling numb for sitting down for almost an hour or two.
Though you really didn't mind the skeletal hand that used to lay on your knee (that now rested on the gearshift) you wondered what type of gesture that was. Was he trying to push you? Was he trying to peel your skin off? Was he telling you to 'back off'? Though, whatever it was, it was obviously neither good or bad. And you were obviously too lazy to find out what.
Sans removed his belt and grabbed the blue jacket that fell off his shoulders and walked to your side of the car, opening it and holding out a hand.
“What?” You asked, curiously looking up at him and then shifting your gaze to his held out hand. “You want some money?”
“Get outta the car kiddo.” Sans rolls his eyes and drops his hand to the side, helping Chara and Frisk out as they recently woke up from the nap.
You slowly unbuckled your belt, watching as Sans slammed the door shut and looked at her, his grin seeming to have faltered as he realized you haven't moved from your spot.
“You wanna sleep there?” He asks, his 'brows' furrowed. “Or do you want some help?”
“I don't need your help.” You spat out, looking down at the nelt that kept you from standing. “I can do this myself.”
The skeleton leaned against the open car door, looking at you expectantly as you started to fiddle with the damn thing when Sans suddenly reached his hand out and pressed the red button that ejected the other end of the belt, he looked up his face seeming to be inches away from yours as you look at him sarcastically.
“I didn't need your help.” You whispered to him as he shook his skull lightly and got out, walking towards the house as he waved at her.
“Come inside the house if you want, or simply just sleep out if your too much of a big head to do it.” You secretly stuck your tongue out at him, leaning back before finally deciding to step out and slam the door shut, glaring at the wooden door where Sans and the children had disappeared on.
“What am I even doing here?” You asked aloud, hand cupping your chin as you looked down on the ground, glaring. “I could be free and live out there in the world and finally do what I've always wanted to do.” You shook your head, finding the idea stupid as another popped in your mind.
“But then the people would still look for me and I can't hide in a place they'll expect.” A small smirk formed in your lips as you glanced at the house where the three lived, a chuckle escaping your throat as you continued to rub your chin. “But then maybe accepting their hospitality wouldn't be bad. I mean, they obviously won't get hurt if they don't know.”
So then, it was settled. You would stay inside Sans' (or whoever owned the house) house for a short while until everything has cooled down and then disappear.

     Would be easy right?

You pushed yourself off from leaning on the car and headed to the front door, but as you were about to knock, it immediately opened and another skeleton—a slightly taller and larger on wearing a red scarf and what looked like a childish uniform—looked down at her with that odd sparkle in his sockets as his voice boomed, hurting your ears as you realized that you're gonna have to get used to the pain.
“ARE YOU THE TALLER HUMAN MY BROTHER AND THE TWO SMALLER HUMANS SPEAK OF??” He asks, a seemingly large smile forming on his face as he jumped up and down excitedly, like a child about to get their present in Christmas. “WOWIE! ANOTHER HUMAN! YOU CAN STAY INSIDE AS LONG AS YOU WANT TO! AND I HOPE MY BROTHER'S AWFUL PUNS DON'T MAKE YOU WANNA THROW YOURSELF OUT THE WINDOW?”
No but your optimism and loud voice will be the one to make me. You though as you cringed, seeing Sans glare at you from the corner of his eye as he seemed to have read your mind.
Your eyes landed on a large goat-like woman, a welcoming smile on her lips as she smelled of cinnamon and butter as she slowly made her way here, having to slightly bend her knee to look at you straight in the eye.
“Greetings, my child, I am Toriel mother of Chara and Frisk. But you can also call me mother if you want.” Her voice was smooth and gentle like a slow river flowing, this made you smile gently. You've never had a mother figure before. You're mother was always home drunk or reeked of smoke or sex.
The older (possibly) skeleton unwraps his arms around you as Toriel took you in her embrace, her fur was soft and she smelled nice. Creep.
As soon as she let's go, another loud voice broke your eardrums and you could've sworn you felt blood trickling down your ears.
“ARGHHHH!! WHO THE HELL IS SHE?!”

       “Undyne, keep your voice down—”

“SHE'S THE NEW MEMBER OF THE FAMILY UNDYNE! WHY DON'T YOU GO AHEAD AND MEET HER?”

The blue skinned female with beautiful red locks lied into a pony tail jumped down from the top of the staircase and down the first floor, landing without any effort and you raise your brows in interest, eyes dilating as the fish brought out a blue spear and looked at her threateningly.

     “are those my pants?!”
