HOP IN THE JOURNEY OF ONE SIDED LOVE .....
It's almost 8 pm and we're all at the 'National park' trying out different rides and games. Now our target is the roller coaster. Well, our means me, Munna & Pandit .
We three had been waiting for it since the beginning but Swati and Sameer were delaying it with many excuses.
Apparently they both are afraid of heights and this roller coaster seems too dangerous. But for us the more dangerous it is the more adventurous.
"Now! Finallyyyy", l exclaim. Munna and Pandit smiles cheerfully. But Sameer and Swati are absolutely silent. "See, it's too dangerous. I suggest, let's go back", says Sameer and Swati nods eagerly.
"Are you afraid Sameer?", I ask mockingly. He nods as a no. Okay, I'd really consider going back for his sake but he needs to accept that he's afraid. Being the stubborn and egoistic one he denies every time I ask. He should know then I'm the more stubborn one here.
I try to convince them. "It'll be fun really. See many young girls are also going", I say pointing at a girl's group who seems to be college going students.
"There's no point in denying. It's clear that you're afraid Sameer", Munna says with a chuckle. "No I'm not", he replies stubbornly.
"Why he would be afraid! Forgot that he did paragliding?", I say with a smile only to prove a point. I'm sure he won't be able to deny after this. "Yes, exactly! ", he says trying to look brave. "Then you're coming", finishes Pandit.

"Fasten the belt", instructs the crew and checks if everything is alright. Sameer is beside me. Looking around nervously. And Pandit sat right behind us with a pretty girl. He's flirting continuously like his life depends on it. Sameer looks back at him and gives him an annoying look. But he ignores it with a wave.
Swati didn't dare to come and Munna also denied as she's not coming.
The ride starts moving. And I notice Sameer gripping the handle tightly. I put my hand on his and squeeze slightly. "Just relax and you'll enjoy it", I assure him. He frowns.

When the roller coaster picks up its speed Sameer closes his eyes tightly. But it'll make him more scared I know 'cause after closing eyes it feels like falling from the sky.
lshout at him, "Sam, open your eyes." He denies. "Please Sam, do it! Look at me", I shout again. This time he obeys and looks at me opening his eyes. "Don't look around, okay?", I try again. This time he grips my hand in a tight hold.
After a while the ride slowly stops and he exhales loudly. But his hands are shaking. I hold him by the side and say, "hey it's okay. It wasjust a ride."
"I'm sorry. I didn't know you'd be this scared" I add, guilty. He takes a minute to calm down and I keep holding him feeling like a dumb and selfish for even bringing him here.
"Don't be sorry. It was fun by the way", he says with a smile. I roll my eyes. He's saying it was fun after shaking with fear like this?! "Now if you can get over my handsome body and soften your grip on me I'd try to catch a breath", he adds sarcastically.
And I immediately leave him, clearly embarrassed. But then notice his eyes twinkling with mischief. I smack him in the arm and he chuckles.
