I slowly pull away from him and give him a hug 'todays been amazing and it's partly down to you so thank you' I say to him he nods and I decide to go join the party again

Everyone claps at my arrival and i start dancing to the music with lily tee and Carmen who were making me laugh and smile so much I loved them to bits.

After using the excuse I needed a drink I go to the kitchen and sapphire comes over to me 'what you doing?' I say to her

'minding my own business' she says laughing I Chuckle back and she gives me a hug

'happy birthday Beaker' she says to me handing me a pretty large present

'aww saph you didn't have too' I say to her opening it to see a beautifully painted mural of the dumping ground her and tee must have worked together on both pictures

'wow saph this is amazing!' I say 'not too loud I'm meant to be a bitch it will ruin my reputation' she says and I laugh at this

'your not..trust me' I say giving her a hug we understood each other now she pulls away as do I

'you know what Beaker your alright you know' she says disappearing back into the party I smiled this was acceptance enough

The party draws to a close and all the kids start getting ready for Friday Film Night 'Tracys birthday she picks the film' Mike says the kids don't even protest

I go over to the massive DVD cabinet sifting through and through like you would when looking for a certain poster in HMV lily and Carmen loved those whenever we went shopping!

I eventually find one checking the age range I hold it up and mike gives me a heart warming smile 'go on then' he says I insert it into the player as mike and Gina bring in the snacks involving a lot of leftover party food!

I sit back in between lily and Carmen grabbing my present off Carmen the American chocolates everyone looks at me hungrily

'it's Tracys present' mike says I shake my head throwing them each a different sweet saving the rest for me and lily and Carmen besides Tee was with Johnny so I didn't feel so bad about that

I put my arms around both of the girls so they didn't feel left out lily cuddles up closer to me and so does Carmen as the titles come up

DIRTY DANCING PLAY NOW

Liam gives me a huge smile in which I return as elektra rolls her eyes 'how much romance is there going to be today!' She says

'shhh!' Everyone says back as the film starts 'you may want to cover your eyes at some parts guys' mike says as i pause the film

'mike you didn't think I'd let them watch the original did you? THE original with THAT scene?' I say laughing

'This is the restricted version which isn't as romantic..obviously but it's safe for the kids to watch I picked it up in town a couple days ago' I say mike smiles and I resume the movie

We all sit in silence apart from the occasional munching of popcorn and slurping of drinks lily and Carmen never leave my side staying in the same position the whole movie as it gets to the hungry eyes dance I glance at Liam thinking of earlier

He glances back smiling only when he looks back to watch the movie I don't take my eyes off him then as he looks back I quickly glance at the movie then start to focus on it again

'hungry eyes one look at you and I can't disguise' comes from the film and all I can think of is Liam it's like he's a best friend version of Patrick Swayze!

As it gets to the lift I take up the courage 'I had the time of my life' I sing along everyone turns to look at me shocked at my voice

I press the subtitles button and everyone sings along even mike and Gina get involved!! Gina is a pretty good singer!

'I should have put the sing along version on' I say as they do the lift lily and Carmen gasp 'wow' they both say i smile everyone looks shocked

'believe me guys I've tried it..it doesn't end well' I say they all laugh quietly still immersed in the film as it gets to the credits we still sit in silence through the credits the kids still immersed in the love and passion of the film as was I when I first watched it with Cam

FLASHBACK

'Ahh dirty dancing! My favourite film!' Cam says to me I check the date

'no wonder' I say under my breath laughing i loves her really

'excuse me! This is one of the greatest films ever Tracy you haven't lived until you've seen this!' She says to me I sigh fair enough

'fineee' I say as she pulls me into her lap and we sit and watch it together I'm so immersed in the whole story that I don't even move when it gets to the credits

'you enjoyed that admit it' she says to me

'it was alright' I say 'the lead is absolutely gorgeous' I whisper hoping she didn't hear me since she predicted at the start I'd love him

'ahh your a swayze girl just like your mum' she says then stops realising the enormity of what she just said

'Cam you don't need to freak out you know? Your my mum always have been you actually bothered with me..now what else is this swayze bloke in' I say she laughs and rifles through her DVD collection
