Chapter 17

She gave a small gasp as she began to feel the softness of his cheeks and feathers again. The ones she knew.

"Louie!" she yelled as she leaped on him, giving him a huge hug.

"What happened? Who stretched out my hoodie? Is this..."

"Don't ask. It's pretty much a long story but don't worry, we'll tell you everything." she said.

"Louie!"

A swarm of family came in, with Donald hugging the duckling tightly, turing him red like her used to.

"Louie lad!"

"You're okay!"

"Good to know you. I'm Agnes."

Louie felt famished. All he wanted to do was know what happened. Now everything seemed lost to him when applause came out of damaged people, with cuts and bruises everywhere.

"What now?" Webby asked, holding his hand.

He gave a small smile. "A can of pep."

Afterwords

Even though the entire city and mansion were damaged, they managed a decree for where they would repair any damages done to the city.

For far they made thriving process.

Louie made a huge vow to never take any uncertified potion to reduce the chances of being a monster again but with all the doctors who were curious, he might make a full recovery and never be a monster again.

Agnes, Huey, Dewey, Louie and Webby all became the best group. Agnes began to live at the mansion with them (and a safe distance for Scrooge)

Louie sat in the big TV room, like everything was before. Six cans of pep were next to him, all opened and only one sip taken.

Webby walked in. "Is this spot taken?"

He shook his head and she began to take a seat next to him. They both watched Ottoman Empire together in silence.

"Hey Webs," he said as commercials came on. "Thanks for.... Thanks for not giving me up back there. I feel stupid now that everyone has seen everything."

"You have a chance to get cured Lou. I believe you'll do great things one day!" she said.

He shrugged. "Maybe but for now, I want to focus on being a regular kid. No more potions for me. I had enough for a lifetime."

"Well I don't have enough Louie in a lifetime." she said.

He smirked. "Love you Webs."

She cuddled next to his shoulder as he laid his head above hers. "Love you too Louie." she said.

"Oooooo love bird call!" Agnes yelled.

They both stood up as Huey, Dewey, and Agnes all stood behind the door.

Webby smirked as she began to pull out her dart gun from under the couch.

"Oh no not darts again!" Huey yelled.

"What's so wrong about....." Agnes began.

"Not now! Don't ask just run!" Dewey said as he yanked both of them out of the way.

Webby took back the dart gun and sat next to Louie again.

"That's how it's done." she said.

They both began to cuddle again. After a few hours, Louie heard the slight snore of Webby as her head, slept on his shoulder. He kissed her forehead, turned off the TV and slept as well.
