Tuesday was today. I was excited for some weird reason. I couldn't put my finger on why I was so excited.
First period past I was alive, Third Period I was still alive, Fifth I was alive in the beginning at least, until lunch came around. So I sat where Katherine, Thalia, Jacob(sometimes), and I usually sit. Katherine was already there wait in table.
"Hey!" I cheered
"Hi you seem cheery." Katherine gave me a weird surprise looked
"Yeah am in a good mood for some weird reason."
"Is it Adam or is it Nathan?"
"What do you mean?"
"That has you all excited."
"I can't be happy for no boy reason." I frowned
"Halley I haven't seen you this happy in school since... I can't even remember." I giggled then someone sat in front of us
I was positive it was Thalia and Jacob but it wasn't. It was Adam and Ian
"Hi.. Um what are you doing here?"
"What? I can't sit here?" Adam chuckled
"Nope not unless you want something."
"I don't want anything." I looked at him and Ian weirdly.
"Hey you said we are a gang so gangs sit together."
"Ugh.." I looked at Katherine she seemed to be fine. Luke look what you do to my best friend. Then Brittany sat down next to me.
"Hey." Brittany said cheery. She usually sits with her cheerleader friends I mean well she is a cheerleader and Adam and Ian usually sit with their football buddies. Everyone is acting weird.
"Okay what's going on?"
"Okay since we are like doing stuff together as a group I thought we should all sit together in lunch too." Brittany said cheery.
"Um-" Then Nathan strolled in and sat next to Ian.
"What's up." He greeted Adam and Ian with a hand shake and us ladies with a nodded. I am beyond confused right now. Thalia and Jacob strolled in. Jacob sat..well more like pushed Katherine and sat next to me.
"Hey!" Katherine squealed as Jacob plotted in the middle of us
"Sorry Halley is sitting with me today." He wrapped an arm around me. Katherine rolled her eyes
"Just kidding you know I love you." He gave Katherine a kiss on the cheek and ruffled her hair. Katherine looked annoyed. Then Thalia sat next to Katherine. A bunch of people were giving us confused stares here and there. I didn't mind because I was as confused as they are. There was silence but then Brittany broke it by talking.
"So Halley your birthday is this month right?" I nodded
"No way! This month is the puppy's birthday!?" Adam looked at me with wide eyes
"Yeah it's no biggy." I shrugged
"How old are you turning?"
"17." A smile creep to Adam lips
"What?"
"Nothing." I looked at him weirdly he just smiled. He is so hiding something.

They day went by smoothly except for lunch which went weirdly but beside it was okay. I got home and change into some comfy clothes and pulled my hair up in a bun, since today Nathan and I going to 'Home Depot' to get they supplies and then start on the base of the shed today. I am really excited to work on this shed because Mom wanted to rebuild that for a long time but she hasn't had time and I can't do it by myself I wouldn't no where to start. The doorbell rang I check the time and it was 4:35. I guess it was Nathan. Mom wasn't home today she went to work early and might come back late, her schedule it hectic. I reached the door and opened it.
A smiling Nathan appeared.
