Halley P.O.V:

I woke up to the sound of my alarm. I was dreading to get out of bed today was Monday and I hate Mondays and to go along with that there is school today. I got ready and headed to school.

When I walked in school today I felt some eyes on me. Do I have something stuck to my face. Oh no did I forgot to put on clothes. I look down no I put clothes on today. Then what's wrong why are people staring at me. I arrived to homeroom and sat with Thalia and Katherine.

"Hey guys."

"You seem weird out what's wrong?" Thalia asked

"Well have people been starring at you lately?"

"Now that you mention that they have when I walk into school I can feel eyes on me." Thalia said and Katherine nodded.

"Do you think it's because we are hanging out with the 'popular people'?" Katherine stated

"Yeah that's probably it."

"I mean why wouldn't they stare we never hangout with them until now we are like a gang." Thalia chuckled

"That's true it's crazy how we went from being strangers with them to being buddy buddy with

them." I chuckled

"Yeah." Katherine agreed

The day went by like a breeze it felt like if I was daydreaming throughout the whole day.

As I was driving home, the empty lit up. So I pulled over to a gasoline station that was on the rode going to my house. I was filing my car with gas I looked up and my eyes wondered to the other cars.

Hey that car looks like Nathan's car... Oh my god.

Nathan was kissing a girl she leaned him against his car. No but it wasn't just any girl, it was a women and she seemed a lot older than him.

So he lied he does sleep with older women. Why would he just lie? Right. because he is a jerk.

My gas tank was full. I took out the pump and it slipped from my hands and crashed into the gas machine. Which startled Nathan and his make out buddy. Nathan looked over and his eyes widen.

Shit! am caught red handed well more like he is caught.

Nathan started to walk over but I quickly got in my car and drove away.

I got home kissed mom and I went upstairs and into my room. Then I heard the door bell ring. Shit! What if it's Nathan. I heard the door opening and some talking and someone was coming up stairs.

I got in my wardrobe because if I hid in my closet or bathroom it would be to obvious. I am so dumb I could have just locked the door. But it was too late I heard footsteps come into my room.

"Halley?" Next thing I know I was on the floor.

"Why were you hiding in your wardrobe. Don't tell me you still think Narnia is on the other side?"

I know only one person who knew my Narnia obsession when I was 8. I turned around and it was Jacob.
