"No way he asked you on a date!" I jumped up and down on Thalia's bed.
"Yes."
"Am so happy for you." I hugged her
"Thank you." She looked down at the floor, like if she was...disappointed.
"What's wrong you don't seem that happy?"
"Because Katherine." Then it hit me she didn't need to explain. Thalia, is the girl and the reason why Ian stopped being in the bet.and now he asked her on date meaning he likes Thalia.
"Oh."
"Am not sure if I should go on this date. I shouldn't have said yes."
"No don't start blaming this on yourself. Ian likes you, there is nothing we can do about it. Katherine is just going to have to move on. I know that sounds harsh but if you were to look at it the other way around if Ian liked Katherine then you'd have to move on."
"I guess, I can't help but feel bad though." She shrugged and looked down
"I know."
A lightbulb lit in my head. "Am going to set Katherine up."
"Like on a blind date?"
"Yeah that way she might get over Ian."
"That's not a bad idea."
"I am known to have splendid ideas."
"So who is the guy going to be?" I shrugged
"Give me a pen and paper." Thalia quickly went out of her room and came back with the things I asked. I began jotting down boys that Katherine would look for. I had a total of 25 boys picked out
"Uh Chase no he is a perv. Brain no." As she said no, I crossed names out.
"We have two boys left Kyle and Nathan."
"Why did you pick Nathan? He is the complete opposite of what Katherine is looking for."
"Opposites attract." I shrugged
"Let's go with Kyle. I mean he is on the football team, he does get decent grades and he is cute." I circled his name
"Okay so here's the plan."

"Hey Kyle" Plan was in session just like we rehearsed. I have known Kyle for awhile, we been friends since 9th grade.
"Hi Halley"
"How would you like to go on a blind date with a pretty lady?"
"Depends."
"Depends what?"
"What am going to get out of this 'blind date?"
"A date with a beautiful girl." He took a while to make up his mind but I think I got through to him
"Fine."
"Yay!" I hugged him.
"I will text you the details." I walked to the cafeteria and sat next to Thalia and Katherine. I gave Thalia the nodded and she gave me one back and a smile. Katherine starred at us weirdly.
"So Katherine."
"So Halley."
"How would you like to go on a blind date?"
"Oh no I knew something fishy was going on."
"Uh come on! It be fun and he is really cute."
"But I like Ian ." Thalia tensed at her words
