After we arrived at PJ's house. We had fun, we played some bored games and now I was watching/directing a collaboration for PJ's channel. Only two minutes into the video, I saw Phil look at me, then whispered something to Peej. PJ nodded and Phil said,
"Hey guys, wanna see Dan?" He waved me over. After 5-7 seconds of thinking about this, I awkwardly waddled myself onto the camera.
"Hello internet"
"Wanna play the game with us, Dan? PJ asked.
"Sure why not? How do you play?"
"The games called two truths and a lie. One person tells two truths and a lie and the other people have to guess what the lie was." Sounded easy enough.
"Okay dan," PJ started off. "You go first"
"Okay... once I kicked a soccer ball right into a car. My favorite color is black because it's a interactive introvert. And I used to have a dog named Gizmo." I watched as Phil and PJ talked over to themselves.
"Alright," Phil exclaimed. " your lie is you used to have a dog named Gizmo. I understand the kicking the ball into a car because we both know you have no athletic abilities. And you are literally wearing black right now soo." I laughed. This was fun.
"Correct" I said.
"Mkay Phil, your turn." I said, grateful to not have screwed that up.
"Erm, my favorite animal is a lion. I have a crush. And my special ability is to hiccup for 6 hours straight." PJ and I talked in our small circle.
"Okay, your lie is that you can hiccup for 6 hours straight. Nobody can do that."
"Correct! I can actually hiccup for only 4 hours."
"Wow" PJ and I said at the same time. Wait, so that means, Phil does have a crush. I could start to feel my face heat up, thinking it was me.
"Stop Daniel. If you start to even think that you're a stupid fuck. He would never like you, and even if he did, you would just bring him down." I thought to myself.
(5 minutes later)
"Bye guys!" PJ talked into the camera, addressing the video was done filming. "Thanks for coming guys! I'll see you next time."
"Bye Peej!" Phil yelled as he shut PJs apartment door.
"That was fun"
"Yeah, PJ is a good guy. He makes these really cool skit videos you should check out."
"Will do. So Phil?"
"Yep?"
"In the game, one of your truths was you had a crush... who is it?" I tried to sound more of the "screaming girly friend" kind of way, making sure to not hint that I actually cared about this, a lot too.
"Just a guy" he said. Wow Phil thanks that gives me so much to go off of.
"Alright"
