Lapis x reader

Lapis pov

Me and Steven were walking around Beach City as we waited for Peridot to get supplies for the next meep morp. It was a fairly quiet evening so that's nice. "Hey Lapis, are you okay?" Steven asked as he stopped walking. "If you don't want to answer that it's okay I was just wondering what your thinking about because you haven't been talking." I was about to responded when I got cut off.

"Yeah you haven't been talking a lot lately, is something bothering you?" I heard someone ask causing me and Steven both jumped a little. We both turned around to find Peridot standing there with a bag in her hand. "Did I scare you or something? I said I would be quick." She said as she smiled.

I smiled back and we walked to the temple in a comfortable silence. You could hear the birds chirping and the waves of the ocean slashing against each other. That was until we heard footsteps.

Steven pov

Amethyst came running over in a costume laughing like crazy with a phone in her hand. She was laughing so hard you could barely understand her. "You have to watch this." She finally wheezed out as she gave me the phone before laughing again. I pressed play and Lapis and Peridot were right next to me so they were watching the video with me.

Video started

Someone opened y/n's house door with an extra key someone got somehow. They then took two pot and slammed them against each other a few times before hiding them. After a few seconds later something hit the floor with a thud. You could hear more noises that sounded like someone running. Suddenly a door slammed open and you could see a very startled y/n with a pocket knife in there hands. 'Who are you?' Y/n said in a shaky voice. 'I am here go take your soul' a very deep voice responded. 'Heh real nice joke. Is it Amethyst?' 'Do not insult me y/n, it is your fault you died. I am doing my job' The deep voiced person angrily replied. 'How did you, wait so I'm actually dead?' Y/n asked dropping the pocket knife and gripping their hair. 'H-how did this happen?' 'You can ask questions later, for now follow me, we must go.' Y/n and the person went outside and walked towards the beach. 'So how did I die exactly?' Y/n confusingly asked. 'So now you know your dead. That's a nice start. It appears someone had poisoned your food at the latest gas station you went to.' Y/n clearly looked frustrated and she/he yelled, 'God damn it. I knew that place was sketchy looking. How is Amethyst not dead, she ate there and... never mind.' Y/n had a sad but grumpy face and you could just barely hear them mumble. 'She's a gem.' They reached the water and the deep voice spoke again. 'This is your last stop. Stand by the water and close you eyes. You were a good person from what I've heard but all good things must come to an end.' Y/n stands by the water an closes their eyes. The camera moves and you can see Amethyst. They then picked y/n up and threw them pretty far out in the water. You could then hear Amethyst laughing in the background as the camera zoomed in on y/n in the water who had a confused look that changed to a very quickly to an angry one. 'Amethyst this was you the whole time!? What the fu-'

Me and Amethyst were laughing hysterically as Peridot giggled while Lapis just smiled. "How did you even escape y/n's wrath? Even Garnet has a hard time controlling y/n during that time." I ask Amethyst once we calm down a little.

"I threw than a pool float with a rope attached to it and pulled them back to shore. They didn't even try chasing me which was weird so went to check their pulse. They lashed out at me as soon as I got closes enough so I knew they were alive and I left." Amethyst said as she got off the floor. "Well that was a nice laugh. Wait till I show Pearl" She ran off which then left the three of us once again.
