Okay, so I know I'm a terrible person for not updating sooner but I had really bad writers block and was also extremely busy. I'm going to try to update at the minimum of once a week and that will most likely be on week ends sense school is starting up for me soon.

Ew. School.

This chapter is kinda poorly written but that's because I honestly couldn't write for the life of me. I tried guys I really did! This chapter might be a little boring as well because it's kinda just a filler chapter I guess. The ending gets good though! With that said I hope you enjoy and comment and vote and whatever else because it would mean the world to me.

Speaking of which..

TARGET BOYS HAS ALMOST 700 VIEWS!! That's insane! I didn't think this was going to get one let alone almost 700!! Last chapter I announced getting 200 and in that time period it's been brought up almost 500 more!!

ANYWAYS..ENJOY!

I was sat on the couch with my brother Carter in the living room as he played video games and I watched. Well I wasn't watching so much as just sitting by him as my phone alerted me for the millionth time that day that I had a new message.

"Alright. Who the hell are you texting?" My brother paused his game and turned his body so he faced me. His arm draped over the top of the couch and the other in his lap with his black gaming controller in his palm.

I looked up at him then looked back down to my phone to read the new message Calum had sent me. He has been texting me nonstop sense 10:00 this morning and as much as I would like to say it was annoying or irritating, it wasn't. He was actually kind of funny.

Most of his messages were pictures though. Random pictures of him spying on Michael hitting on some girl as they worked, or pictures if him scaring some costumers by trying to take a selfie with them. Long story short Michael got two numbers and Calum got a slap to the face.

"It's-"

"And don't tell me it's Jamie because she would have just called you if she really had that much to talk about." He interrupted.

I pouted at him and he looked at me expectantly. We had a short staring contest until he broke out into a huge smile.

"It's a boy, isn't it?" He cheered. "Who is? He better not be that punk Eric. I swear if he even tries-" He went from grinning ear to ear to grinding down on his teeth with a locked jaw.

"No. It's not Eric. That was a one time thing and I'm over it. I still don't understand why you hate him so much." I interrupt.

"You don't- how could you- wha- because he's an ass, that's why!" he threw his hands up in frustration and they both landed on his lap.

I had a small crush once on my brothers 'arch nemesis' in sophomore year. It only lasted about two months before I got over it and realized it would never happen.

He was part of the skater boys, along with Carter, and never stayed with one girl for more than two weeks. Carter hated him and he hated Carter. I still don't quite understand why but I know that they're both the best skaters in town so that brings some competition between them to be at the top I guess.

I replied to Calum's message of him asking me too lunch at the store by accepting his offer. Carter went back to his game and I ran up stairs to get my purse to head out.

When I came back down Carter was no longer on the couch and the TV was turned off.

"Where you goin?"
