Putting this simply, love is unpredictably strong.
It comes in all different forms at all different times,
but love is also breakable.
It is not always the most Dependable thing,
And sometimes love trumps love between other people,
causing our own worlds to crash.
That intersection between love
- between others-
can sometimes cause more damage than good,
And fate causes more damage than good.
Then, it brings us something to weigh out the pain."I'll be back in a minute, don't worry," Deliah says as she exits the Mansion to the basement, where the cars are kept.
The apocalypse has taken its toll on even the strongest. Deliah may have not suffered as much as her counterpart, but that's because her friend shields her with her own body. ' It's about time she just sleeps anyway.' She thinks as she
rides out on her motorbike into town to get a couple of things to help her friend with headaches and insomnia.
She walks into the strip mall near the outskirts of the actual town, and she goes into what happens to be an old Target -hopefully not to see any kind of zombie around. She goes into the pharmaceutical Isle to pick up some ibuprofen, which her friend can finally take again, and some sleep medication. she grabbed some vegetable chips as well.
'she's so terrified to leave the house that getting her something to put her out of her misery will be a lot better than having her sitting up and waiting for something that will not arrive.'
Deliah thought as she exits the store.
She begins to look to her right for any trouble only to see a man outside an appliance store. she stalks up to him.
" yo, who are you and the Hell are you out here, alone with no protection!" When he responded to her She begins to question the reason she walked over in the first place, and she backs away from the man who starts to raise his gun when he responded to her "we don't know who you are either... I'm trying to get in here cuz I'm not alone, but my baby brother sure is" the man- slightly under 40, she assumed- said as he pointed through a window to a drastically younger looking man on a fridge, surrounded by zombies, within the building.
"Oh great," Deliah said as she tried to call out on her radio " walking range. Come in MC" but all she got was static.
"Looks like I'm on my lonesome," she said out loud whilst using her height to scale the brick wall and entering through the roof. "Not as graceful as MC, but I get it done none the less," she says while opening the door from the inside for the man.
once getting his brother out- who was still frightened a bit- the man stated
"thanks, my name is Eiran by the way, my brother's name is Eiden. He thought he could actually get some food for the three Of us on his own."
"three of you..?" Deliah questioned with a glint in her eye.
"yeah. Me, him, and my sister Eira. But you can come to eat with me Imean. us if you want."
"well... I'm flattered, but I got to get these meds to my friend ma...MC , but surely if I ever see you again. I'm camped out about 6 miles west of here, so I should see you again. Bye." She said and noticed his attitude shift as she quickly took to her bike.
Whelp at least this makes for a good story to tell her bestie over dinner.
