It takes a warrior
To stand against her loved ones
for her beliefs
It takes a warrior
to fight the world
Alone
It takes a warrior
To step between a stranger and a gun
Holding her own reasons To her chest
And saying "shoot I dare you."
It takes a weapon
To be deadly with grace
it takes a warrior to wield a weapon
So she wields herself
With the control
The mercy
And the beauty
Of a warrior~~~ July 13th, 2042 6:33 AM
Maecy had been out for 3 to 4 hours.
Once carrying her into her room, Eiden got to have a good look at those tattoos on the front of MC's body.
Starting with the tattoo that she had along her lower abdomen.
It was a tattoo of two doves hidden behind a crow as though it was too afraid to be noticed.
The tattoo along her side was a snake that spelled out Slytherin in small print. At this Eiden, being a Hufflepuff, almost shuddered in both excitement and fear.
The last tattoo was over her heart, and it was the name, Tylor.
He looks closer but doesn't touch the crow in front of the doves. There Were Two doves and one looks extremely new as though it was only done yesterday. While near this tattoo, MC awoke to Eiden's face near her bikini line
"what do you think you're doing!" She gripped her silk sheets and covered her stomach. She attempted to scream but failed.
"I was just admiring these tattoos, would you mind telling me what they mean?"
"Yes. I mind."
"I noticed that your a Slytherin" he said to try and redirect attention.
"You know Harry Potter" Maecy responded with the corners of her mouth beginning to perk up.
"Absolutely, it's truly obsessive."
"What's yours?"
" Umm... Hufflepuff" he replied with a slight stutter.
"People bash the Hufflepuffs without reason so I get your hesitancy. It's fitting." MC replied.
The conversation was cut a little short by Deliah entering the room.
"kid scram, she needs her rest. She should have been in bed a long time ago." With this, Eiden exited the room, glancing back as he retreated to the hallway. Delia sat down to have a conversation with her best friend.
"I love you darling but what you did was foolish. Even I know that giving blood you don't have to give is not okay."
all MC could do was look and say
"I know, But it was worth it, it was worth seeing a Child Alive." She almost attempted to stand before looking down, tucking her legs back in and mournfully whispering
" A luxury I do not have."
Deliah opened her mouth to say something but shut it immediately.
"You will never understand Deliah, what it feels like to lose a child. Let alone more than one. To want something so bad, to be so ready for something that will never come because life isn't fair for me,
I'm going to smile, and later I'm going to introduce myself to these young men in the most me way possible. I am not going to cry again because sadness, anger, and self-hate Earn me no merit. My father always said that the best you can do with what life has given you is to overcome and share your story. he also told me that crying is ugly and doesn't suit me, so I will use my wisdom to help all I can. That starts with Eira."
MC finished and laid down to sleep. Deliah loved the girl to bits for the very reason she hated her.
MC was far to wise.
And far to foolish
