They Said I Was Crazy.

A Deliah moment

~~August 3oth, 5:00AM

This was Maecy's first day off bed rest, which meant it was time to start up the old routine Thus,the moment that she woke up, Deliah put on some overalls an old American undead t-shirt and some boots. she went to the garden and noticed Eiden standing between the garden and the barn with a pitch fork for hay.
"Before you tell me to go back to bed, I want to help."
"Uhh... You don't need to-"
"Yes I do, my brother wouldn't agree, but we must earn our keep if we are expecting to stay here."
Deliah squinted and shrugged before picking up the work gloves and tossing a pair to Eiden.
"Well ok then, today, we are moving a large amount of this 20ft by 20ft garden into the green house for the fall and winter. The other sections stay out until harvest in the fall."
They dug out the plants and placed them in an old style horse drawn buggy that was attached to a massive black horse.
"This horse is named san, he is one of Maecy's several horses. He does most of the heavy pulling. The green house is right next to the kitchen."
"I didn't see more then the garage door though."
"The garage is in the basement." Deliah replied with a chuckle.
"That was the green house door when the screen covers were drawn" was her last sentence before moving the draft horse By the reins
~~6:30 AM
After placing those plants in the green house, Deliah went into the kitchen. She washed her hands and began to speak.
"We are going to prep for maecy because she's very particular and she eats everything her way [stops to look him over] Um I'm going to pull a MC real quick; you need a shower cuz you are a mess." Deliah said while looking him over and sounding so much like Maecy that she had to have spent years around her.
"stand to the side and don't touch anything until I can get you clean. The first step is prepping the coffee maker.  When we were out together 2 years ago, maecy and I went a couple hundred miles out to the Starbucks and grabbed some of their machines and coffee products. She only drinks hot coffee in the winter." Deliah then proceeded to explain how to make her best friend's order to Eiden in case Deliah couldn't do it herself.
While she was doing that, she questioned him.
"So are you crushing on her ?"
"Ummm-" "cuz if you are, it's alright, but you break her heart I break the bones in your body with my small tatoo needles."
"Wait-'
"Yeas I'm a tatoo artist, and I've done all of Maecy's tatoos from her slytherin one to her new memorial one from about a month and 3 weeks ago."
"Memorial?" Eiden questioned, but got no response as Deliah finished the coffee.
" now that that is done, we can get you showered. Mine happens to be out of Commission, so once Maecy is awake we can see if she'll let you use hers."
"Let him use what of mine?" Maecy anounced her presence with a smile and a silk pyjama set on.
"Well speak of the devil herself. How ya feeling?" Deliah questioned while handing the other woman her coffee.
"I'm good.." She replied and paused when she saw Eiden's tattered clothes and boots that the dump wouldn't know what to do with."Honey you are a mess. Come with me so you can use my shower and get some fresh clothes."
Maecy said while taking him up the stairs by the arm.
Her room was lovely, but her bathroom was a marble masterpiece.
"I'm assigning you a towel, a rag, a toothbrush, a hairbrush, and a razor. You hop to it while I get you some new clothes to wear." She then hurried to the closet and Eiden striped down. He was covered in mud from head to toe.
Maecy walked in thinking that he was in the fully drawn bath, but he wasn't.
He was facing her, naked.
"So I have here- uh..." She began looking at his chest, but like normal her eyes wondered. Her face got red and she started sweating like a sinner in church. She handed him the jeans and shirt before running out.
Awkward.
