Vaes Dothrak - Year 300 - Dany's Tent

It had been two weeks since Drogo had killed Dany's brother, and since then, Dany had been trying to convince him to take his Khalesar to Westeros to take the Iron Throne for their son, she didn't want it for her, she wanted her home for her, she wanted the throne for her son.

"The Stallion Who Mounts the World, has no need for iron chairs." Dany found herself chuckling as she continued braiding Drogo's hair. She was standing behind him as he sat on a pillow on the ground, and he was still almost as tall as her.

"According to the prophecy, the stallion will ride to the ends of the world."

"The earth ends at the black salt sea. No horse can cross the poison water."

"The earth does not end at the sea, there are many dirts beyond the sea. The dirt where I was born."

"Not dirt. Lands." Dany smiled at his gentle correction as she finished his braid, bringing it up and draping it over his shoulder so he could see it before she leaned in to kiss his cheek, wrapping her arms around his broad shoulders as she rested her head in the crook of his neck.

"There are thousands of ships in the free cities. Wooden horses that fly across the sea." Drogo huffed as he turned to wrap his arms around his wife, pulling her gently into him, as he barely tilted his head to look into her marvelous violet eyes.

"Lets speak no more of wooden horses and iron chairs."

"It's not a chair. It's a... throne."

"Throne?"

"A chair for a King to sit upon, or a Queen."

"A King does not need a chair to sit upon. He only needs a horse." With that, Drogo deemed the matter settled and gave her a strong, but gentle, lingering kiss before rising and walking out of the tent, heading to find his horse so he could lead his men on the hunt for the white lion that had been spotted the day before, he had promised to bring it's skin back for her.

Vaes Dothrak - Later That Evening - The Market

Dany had decided to go to their markets of Vaes Dothrak to find her husband a gift, in appreciation of the lion skin she knew he would bring home to her. Jorah had gone with her, as well as her ladies and her guards.

"Can't you help me make him understand?"

"The Dothraki do things in their own time, for their own reasons. Have patience, Khaleesi. We will go home, I promise you." Jorah said softly as he looked down at the woman beside him.

"My brother was a fool, I know, but he was the rightful heir to the Seven Kingdoms." Jorah let a laugh slip out before he could help himself, immediately regretting it at the look Dany shot up at him.

"Have I said something funny, Ser?"

"Forgive me, Khaleesi, but your ancestor Aegon the Conqueror didn't seize six of the kingdoms because they were his right. He had no right to them. He seized them because he could."

"And because he had dragons."

"Ah well, having a few dragons makes things easier."

"You don't believe it."

"Have you ever seen a dragon, Khaleesi? I believe what my eyes and ears report. As for the rest, it was three hundred years ago. Who knows what really happened? Now if you'll pardon me, I'll seek out the merchant Captain, see if he has any letters for me." Jorah turned to leave, before Dany grabbed his arm to stop him.
