It all makes sense (Ending)

((Ink POV))

We did it! I was so happy that everything worked out. I looked to see Outer patting Frisk on the head...His expression he seemed worried more than relieved. "you doing alright?" Error asked         "Y-yeah just...this all seems too easy...Does that make sense to you guys?" he asked fiddling with his hands and turning his eyes away. "Y'know it does seem uneasy," I said walking over to him. "And we'll make sure that frisk is safe!" Error replied putting a hand on Frisk's shoulder. Outer smiled. "well then. You won't mind if we join you on your run, Will ya kid?" he asked. Frisk nodded happily and took Outer's hand. "Hold on! your gonna leave us behind!" Error said jogging up to them, me close behind. I took one last look at the door and turned to catch up with the others.

((Gaster POV))

Ink closed the door quickly as soon as the Chaser entered. I could hear a faint thank you from them just before the door closed. I smiled, but that smile soon faded into a frown. Now, what do I do with you? I questioned myself. the chaser whirled around the room it looked panicked. I decided to try and calm it. "hey...um you look frightened young one." I say young because first of all, I'm old as heck! second It looked almost like a child. But that doesn't make sense. It was a weird ghost thing..but......I wonder why it's here? I sit back down and watch as the chaser slowly turned his head to face me. I smiled lightly thinking that it might help.

((HOURS LATER!!!!!))

GOD IM ALMOST FALLING ASLEEP! The thing hasn't stopped looking at me it's getting weird I took a deep breath in and turned around when I did I saw that it was right in front of me. I jumped away but stopped when I saw it was looking down at the cup I had placed for it.  I nodded, it grabbed the cup holding it gently and taking a sip from the cup. I smiled and cleared my throat "so where do you come from?" It jumped a little from my sudden voice but it put the cup down and started pointing at the sky. "you came from heaven?" It shook its head "I thought what has to do with the sky..."Outertale?" It nodded and clapped. "So you are meant to be alive?" It shook its head and signed "I died but I came from Outertale." I was taken aback by this  Maybe...Just maybe...Ink and everyone else was wrong about it?

It has been a while talking to them and I have some finding I feel I should share with Ink. I re-read the whole legend and this was what it said.

The chaser commonly comes around when they have run out of soul power they need to feed off others not killing them but possessing them momentarily to gain just enough power to ascend. The person/monster who may be under the possession will not be harmed in anyway other than experiencing tiredness and slight hunger due to the loss of energy

How to destroy a harmful chaser is and only can be destroyed by someone with a pure heart...

I gaped at the statement and looked over at the saddened ghost/demon/thing? "dear child..." I asked, it lifted its head and stared into my eyes its white eye lights flickering slightly. "Does it matter whos power you use?" I gulped as it stood and walked over to me studying me then clapping its hands with a white smile spread across its face. I gulped and let out a weary smile. It took a few steps back and stared into my sockets. I nodded slowly and watched as it began to hover in place before shooting towards me...

((Ink POV))

"Do you think we should check on them?"  Error asked I shrugged "I guess..." I said looking at Outer. "whaddya think?" I asked him "I don't know, I feel that Gaster has it under control, but if you guys are worried then we can go!" He said getting up from his table at Grillbys. I nod and follow after them. Moments later we were at the door once more. we all prepared ourselves for what could happen next. I slowly opened the door.

((Gaster POV))

I felt pain surged through my body only for a moment before it cuts off and its replaced with a new feeling. I'm tingling all over, it's not bad it's quite calming I could almost fall asleep before I heard the sounds of people calling my name. I open my eyes for one second to see Ink, Outer, and Error running to me at an inhuman speed. My eyes widen as I try to lift my arms to stop them. Error grabbed a hold of the child and began to pull. I yelled trying to get their attention. The taste of metal in my mouth the pain had hit again from Error trying to "save me".

((Outer POV =0=) ))

I saw Gaster getting taken over by that thing. Something wasn't right though I look to see his face looking down at an open book on the floor. I ran and scooped it up. It was on the page that described the Chaser, I vigorously read it skimming it over and over. I grab on to Ink's shoulder and shove the book in his face. He read the page before turning to me, eyes wide he runs to Error pulling him away. Ink gave the book to Error a minute passes and Error looks at Ink then me and then Gaster. Gaster seemed to have a relieved look on his face.

((Gaster POV))

Finally, thanks to Outer this can all be over. The pain once again fleeing my senses. I close my eyes having the sensation of floating when I was pulled back to life by the sound of my head hitting the floor. I shake and open my eyes to be face to face with a concerned Error. "You ok?" He asked, "yes.." I replied, "Much better after you let go." I added "we're sorry," Ink says from a distance making his way over. "we have no idea what's going on." Outer said, "yeah and the readers probably feel the same." I said "what are you talking about Outer said with an annoyed tone. I wink at Ink he does the same. "seriously WHAT!?!?" Outer yells "watch the ears bud." Error says. The three of us laugh. "I'm done with you Guys, GOODBYE!" Outer said walking out the door and Frisk waving to us before closing the door.  "what do we do now?" I ask the other two. "I guess this is the end of our adventure." Error says, a frown creeping up on his face. "well I'm gonna go take a nap, see ya, Gaster, talk to ya soon shorty." Error says Turning to a glitched portal. I look back at Ink who just realized what Error had said. "HEY!!! GET BACK HERE JERK!" He yelled running in after him.

"well Guess that's it hope you guys had fun reading this happens to be one of the more successful stories on this account and we didn't deserve any of you guys your all so great! SO from the bottom of our souls, we love you!!!"

((ANNNNNNNNNNNNDDDD THAT'S THE END!!!! T-T I know it's sad but all good things come to an end. if you guys are wondering no I am not writing a sequel to this we all know unless the story is good don't make a sequel. I know its sad. I have started a new story called
