Naruto and Kakashi Find Out

As Kakashi, Akuma and Naruto began their long trek home, hushed comments being thrown back and forth between villagers. 'Look at those monsters!' 'Why is that man with them?' 'They should just die already.'

Those were only a few of the comments being thrown at the two children in front of Kakashi, they flinched at every comment being thrown, and though there were only small, nearly nonexistent flinches, it was hard for even the most trained eye to be able to see it.

Before Kakashi got the two children home, a rather large man stomped drunkenly up to them, swinging a harsh fist at each of them. Kakashi quickly grabbed the man's fist. The man turned his furious gaze to the white haired man in front of him. "Why are you defending these MONSTERS!?"

The man screeched louder than even Sakura, trying to pull his fist back, but failing miserably. "Akuma, Naruto, go inside and wait.." Kakashi ordered, glaring at the man, getting ready to bring him to the Hokage.
                                                                               Akuma's POV

"Akuma, Naruto go inside and wait.." Kakashi ordered, causing me to grab Naruto's hand and run inside.  Within a few minutes, Kakashi entered looking around, his eyes landing on our huddled forms. Grabbing me and Naruto's hands, he dragged us up to apartment 25. "Akuma, Naruto, why were they calling you both monsters?" I looked down slightly, trying to avoid eye contact.

"Akuma, what did they do?" Kakashi questioned, a look of concern flashing across his face. I reached for my sleeves and knee socks, deciding it's time I show them exactly what happened and why I was bleeding. "Akuma.... Who did this to you..?"

Both Kakashi and Naruto muttered in unison, a strange but protective aura radiating off of Kakashi and a brotherly aura surrounding Naruto. "It's fine! It's not like it's gonna happen again, I can handle myself." I pulled my sleeves back in place along with my socks and began to stroll out.

"Akuma, I can't put my students at risk. You and Naruto will be staying with me until we can work this out." Kakashi whispered, just barely audible, holding my arm in a gentle grip. "Are you sure Kakashi-Sensei!?" Naruto yelled, slightly excited that we would have some form of protection against the villagers.

"Yes, I'm sure..."  I nodded slightly in understanding, accepting Kakashi's short answer, still annoyed that he was forcing us stay with him, not even giving us an option. "Then, I don't need to act anymore." Naruto said, his smile fading into a plain expression.

"Naruto, what do you mean by you don't need to act anymore?" Kakashi asked, looking at Naruto's now cold eyes. "I mean I don't need to act like a complete idiot just to hide the fact that I know what I am." Kakashi's eyes widened but soon enough nodded in understanding, "But, the real question is, is why were they after you Akuma?"

Back to 3rd person! [Because it's easier to write with]

Akuma touched the back of her neck, where her seal was located. "Well, I have the Ten Tails sealed inside of me, just like how Naruto has the Nine Tails sealed inside him." Akuma explained. "So, I'm assuming the Hokage told the village that the Ten Tailed beast was sealed in me, but of course the villagers misunderstood and thought I was the the demon, in the flesh...." Akuma concluded.

Kakashi's eyes widened slightly again, "That explains your high chakra levels...Wait a second...How did you find out about Naruto's sealed beast..?" Akuma's head snapped up and she calmly explained, "Two reasons, our beasts communicate when we're near each other and Naruto told me himself..."

Kakashi looked to Naruto and asked, "How did you-" Naruto looked at Kakashi like he was stupid and interrupted Kakashi with, "When everybody avoids you, runs from you when you're talking to them and calls you 'Nine Tailed Beast' it becomes fairly obvious." The room fell silent and Akuma dragged Naruto out of the room calling, "I'm gonna go grab our stuff.."
                                                                              Naruto's POV

'Should I have even trusted them? God I'm so stupid!' 'Don't worry kit, me and Okami will take care of ya' Kurama comforted, trying to reassure Naruto. 'Yea kid, I'll protect you and Akuma,'  Okami stated plainly, trying to sound reassuring as well but, alas, failing miserably.

"Naruto." Akuma sighed, waving her hand in my face calmly. "We're here..."  Akuma claimed, pointing towards room 14. Inside her apartment was nothing but a concrete room with only a bed and a small dog, who came sprinting up to Akuma in pure joy.

Akuma's POV

'Oh god he's going to judge me, he's gonna hate me. I'm going to be alone ag-' My thoughts were interrupted when I saw Maru [Mah-Roo] bounding up to me, yipping happily.

I crouched down and picked Maru up, causing him to quiet down. "I- Akuma, you live life like this?" Naruto asked still in slight shock that I've even survived this far. I nodded while Naruto ran into his apartment to grab his things. After a few minutes Naruto came out with a bag full of PJ's a few instant ramen packets and a small mug that says, 'A nameless shinobi who protects peace within it's own shadow, THAT is a true shinobi' "Hold on, I forgot something." I said pointing back to my room. "Okay, but make it quick." Naruto glared at the ground impatiently, gripping his stuff.

I merely nodded and ran into my apartment, grabbing a small black and red box containing my razors and an empty area, where my dark green ring with the word ten in kanji engraved into it should be.

I walked out of the room, calmly, a blank expression carved into my face.

"I'm ready."
