[Sorry this drawing sucks, it was dark and I couldn't tell where my pencil was going, hope you enjoy this chapter!]

Once Kakashi let go I saw that his eyes looked watery, telling me that he was close to tears.

"Hey, Kashi, maybe once we get back, we can go on a real mission, eh?" I asked, beginning to pull out a mask as I made sure to keep my eyes hidden.

"Maybe, its all up to the Hokage," Kakashi said plainly, quickly turning away and beginning to walk, ignoring the looks he got from Sasuke and Sakura.

"Zabuza, are you coming with?" Naruto asked, looking back at Zabuza and Haku.

"Sure, c'mon Haku, lets go..." Zabuza said, quickly catching up to us and beginning to walk.

"Well, you heard the man," I said, sliding on a mask I had recently made, it covers my mouth and one of my eyes, the mouth area looked more like a muzzle due to the fact that, that area was just a bunch of bars. Over the eye was a wolf eye with 4 black dots under the eye, each one getting smaller as it got closer to the left.

"Akuma, what happened to your eye?" Naruto asked, pointing towards the unmasked part of my face.

"It didn't turn back," I said, adjusting the mask a little before deciding it probably looked fine.

We continued our journey back to Tsunami's house to get Iyana, Kiri, and Shi silently, the tension in the air overwhelming.

"So, what do you think the kids did while we were gone?" Kakashi asked, trying to bring the mood up.

"I don't know, maybe Tsunami made them try on some clothing she owns." I said, shrugging my shoulders.

We continued to walk in silence, none of us really sure if it was an awkward silence or a comfortable one.

"So, Akuma, how do you plan to take care of kids?" Sakura asked, spitting my name out as if it was poison.

"I'll figure that out as time goes on, they were purposefully starved even before the whole village went to hell," I replied, ignoring the venom in her voice.

"Mommy!!!" I heard three voices call, before they all jumped on me, making me smile.

"What did you guys do?" I asked, crouching down to their level, my hands resting on the ground in between my legs.

"T-there was mean guys and-and we-I think we m-may have..." Iyana and Kiri whimpered out, not being able to say that they could have killed someone.

"Show me where they are." I said, standing up and nudged the kid's backs, causing the kids to begin to walk.

We walked, this time in definite awkward silence, the kids looking down in shame, Sakura glaring at me, and Sasuke looking at us in an odd way.

I looked up only to see two men, laying on the ground bloodied and beaten, completely still.

I quickly walked over and bent down, checking the two men's pulse.

"Kids, I know this was crushing, but trust me, it will happen so many more times..." I trailed off, remembering all the times I had to kill people.

"I-I know, you may feel like a monster, but no matter what, you must be ready to kill someone, especially when it comes to friends and family." I added, turning around and hugging all three kids, ignoring the overwhelming feeling of tiredness.

I let go of the kids and took the bodies, using a small fire jutsu to burn the bodies and quickly cleaned the floors, using a wind jutsu to blow out the lingering smell of blood.
