I heard ambulance syrens and I woke up. I could see I was crying so I quicly brushed all the tears away. I ran to the balcony and looked down. All I could spot was a destroyed red car and a human underneath it. I couldn't recognize person's face. I dressed myself as quick as I could. I ran to the accident's spot. Kakashi was talking to some medical ninja and Sakura was... crying!?! I ran to Sakura's side and hugged her. "Sakura, what's wrong?? What happened??" Sakura backed away and loked in my eyes. "Naruto... Sasuke went to get you a gift..." I shook my head. "No. No it can't be!!!!" I ran to the car and Sasuke was laying on the floor with 5 medical ninjas around him. When I saw my love uncounscious and almost not breathing I felt like an idiot for letting him go. I fell on my knees."Sasuke, no, you can't. You,... can't..." I started crying and I wasn't brething quite right. Sakura came to me and hugged me. "Naruto, don't worry. He'll be ok, I'm su-" "And what if he's not!!!!!!!!?" Sakura was surprised by my loud voice that cracked in the end. I hugged her. "What if he's not Sakura?? What will I do??" I was crying and I couldn's stop. Sakura was confused and she didn't know what to do. It was the first time she saw me like that, but she tryied her best. "Naruto, you can go with Sasuke, if you're to worried about him." Right at that time medical ninja's put Sasuke in an ambulance car and I looked at Sakura. She nodded. I stood up and ran to Sasuke's side. One medic looked at me. "Family??" I shook my head. "No,boyfriend."
He smiled and opened the doors for me to enter. I sat next to Sasuke and he was breathing I held his hand. He was... cold. It wasn't like the touch he gave me before. It was more lifeless. As if he's already dead. The only thing keeping my mind off that option was his slow and silent breath that was escaping his mouths. One medic sat next to me and started talking. I was still crying. "His state is bad. He has one broken arm and several broken ribs. He also hurt his head and we'll make final exams on that as soon as we come to the hospital" I nodded with my face full of tears and tightened my grip on Sasuke's hand. Sasuke opeend his mouths and whispered something. "Naruto I Love You." I hugged his hand. "You can't die. I can't live without you. You can't...you can't...please don't..." I kissed his hand and put his palm on my cheak. He was still cold, but I loved his touches. The only thing in my mind was: "I have to be here for him. But what if he won't be there for me any longer??". Sasuke moved his hand and slowly brushed my cheak. "I love you Naruto...!!!"
