Chapter 23

"What the hell is going on here?" Erwin busted through the doors.

Everyone saluted and he waved them off.

"I had a cadet come to me saying (L,n) lost control."

"It's taken care of." Levi said.

Erwin looked at me seeing my tears.

"(L,n) my office, alone."

I followed him out going to his office. He locked the door to make sure we weren't interrupted. Then he opened his arms motioning for me a shoulder to cry on. I took it happily, crying my eyes out in his arms. He rubbed my back soothing my cries.

"What happened (Y,n)?"

"L-Levi... He had sex with Petra, when he thought I was dead. Petra tried to kill me for taking him from her a while back. I feel like a fool, I mean I can't blame him. He thought I was dead, so why does it hurt so bad?" I cried.

He sighed. "It's perfectly normal. Your a girl who's heart just got broken. Every girl feels this way. Levi was going through a hard time and needed a way to let out his frustration. So he turned to pleasure. Not his finest moments but everyone has a weekness I suppose."

I pulled away looking at him, smiling.

"Thank you for helping me commander, your a nice guy."

"Thank you (Y,n), but what is this about you losing control?"

"I was mad after finding out it was Petra who tried to kill me but I didn't do any harm and I had complete control. I guess it just looked like I didn't because of the way I was acting."

"Alright, we still need experiments done by the way talk to Hange for me."

"Okay."

I smiled at him.

He unlocked the door and opened it for me. Then I left going to see Hange again. I knocked on her door and she told me to come in. I walked in and she was covered in blood. I stopped in my steps having to turn around not to smell the blood.

"(Y,n)? What's wrong?" She asked.

"Can you go clean up please. That smell is getting to me."

"You can smell the blood?"

"Yea it's how titans know where people are. They can smell blood pumping through a person's veins. And hear a heartbeat from a mile away. Did you not know that?"

"That's interesting, no I didn't. So you can hear my heartbeat now?"

"Yeah I could but I don't like getting into people's feelings like that."

"Hm all right, take a seat."

She hooked me up and started taking more blood. It was a little while until she finally spoke again.

"Hm, that's weird." She pondered.

"What's weird?"

"Both your blood and Lily's look exactly alike. You don't think they could have succeeded in finding the correct formula for the serum do you?"

"It's a possibility, a bad one, but still a possibility."

Her lips formed a thin line, thinking.

"We should tell Erwin." She said.

I nodded as she unhooked me. Then we walked to Erwin's office. We knocked and waited, entering when we heard a 'come in'. We stood in front of his desk.

"What is it?" He asked.

"Sir, we believe the First Generation succeeded in finding the serum formula. Both (Y,n) and Lily have the same blood."

"Where's Lily now?"

"I'm my room, sir." I said.

"Go get her."

I ran to my room but when I got there, there was a pool of blood and feathers. Lily was missing.

"Lily?"

"Lily?!?"

I ran back to Erwin's office.

"Lily's missing!!"

I freaked out and started hyperventilating.

"(Y,n), you need to calm down." Hange said.

"How can I? Th-they took her, they took my little girl. What am I gonna do? My poor Lily!"

I started crying, I fell to the floor shaking. Erwin ordered Hange to take me to my room and calm me down. When we got there I sat on my bed, tears falling down my face.

"Hey, it'll be okay, we'll find her."

There was a knock on the door. When Hange opened it, Levi walked in.

"Now isn't the time, Levi." Hange sighed.

"What's going on?"

"Lily's missing...." I said.

"What? When? Why?"

"First gen succeeded in making the serum. Lily was their successful project, she was just like me..... And they took her..... The only thing I could really call my own, and that hadn't been tainted by someone else. They took my baby girl....."

Levi just looked down guilty.

"I wish Farlan were here to tell me it would all be okay in the end. But it won't will it? They will kill her and take her powers...."

Levi ground his teeth as he stormed out of the room.

I just sat there and cried until Hange left me as well. I wasn't just going to sit by and let them hurt her. I packed my bags in the middle of the night. I threw on my hood and mask, then left. I ran all the way to Shiganshina..... Seeing titans whose eyes were dead as they stood still. The moon draining them. Just like it did me... I slept in an abandoned house and waited for sun rise.

Then I awoke and ran again. The titans ignoring my presence, knowing that I could control them. I didn't know what else to do.... I searched for days..... Then weeks..... Then months...... Then years......

Until finally, I found them.....

The First Generation.....
