"I like you Tsubasa."

"Your the only one for me, Tsubasa."

"I won't love anyone other than you Tsubasa."

"I won't forget you Tsubasa."

Those words are just some of the things that I said to him. I don't know if he takes them seriously or if he just shrugged them off, but to me... they are true.

Especially the words 'I won't forget you'.

"(Y/N) are you ready? We're going now." The nurse said, as she help me get on my wheelchair.

"Yeah." I replied, with a rather weak voice. The nurse smiled at me and gently pat my shoulder.

"Don't worry, everything is going to be fine."

Everything?

I don't know about that... After all, I've already given up.

A single tear escaped my eyes but I didn't do anything to wipe it away.

I still remember the times when everything are still not as complicated as this. We were so happy back then, me and him.

Even thou he's an idol, he still find ways to hangout with me. He still tried to be there whenever I had a problem. He always stay by my side.

But now...

I don't know if I am still able to stay with him.

"We're here (Y/N), come... I'll help you get on the bed." With the nurse's help, I manage to get on the bed where I'm going to have my operation today.

Yes, I'm going to undergo an operation. And it's not just any normal operation, it's a fifty-fifty one. You see, I have a heart disease ever since I was a baby. My heart is weak, and one wrong move can cost me my life. That's why my parents is so protective over me. I always stay at home, or in the hospital. My whole life is painted with nothing but dull gray color.

However, everything changes when I met him.

Shindo Tsubasa.

That guy gave color and meaning to my life. Because of him, I found a reason for me to strive hard. A reason for me to live.

"Okay, just relax yourself. We'll take care of you, so please hold on... For yourself and for those who loves you. You can do it (Y/N)." A small smile made it's way on my face as I heard the words that my doctor muttered to me.

But... I don't think, I can do it.

My eyes starting to get heavy as soon as the doctor injected a syringe on me. My body's beginning to get numb. I can't feel my hands and feet anymore. It's like I was engulfed by total darkness. However, before I totally succumbed to sleep, a familiar face of a blonde boy with mesmerizing smile flashes through my head.

'I'm sorry Tsubasa, but I don't think I can stay with you any longer. Believe me, I tried to fight my illness for you, but it overwhelmed me... and now I'm going to leave you. I'm truly sorry and please always remember that no matter what happens. I, (L/N) (Y/N), will always love you.'

After saying those words inside my head, I can feel that my consciousness is starting to drift away from my body. Breathing my last breath, his face flashes in my head one last time.

*beeeeeeeepppppp*

*Time Skip*

Tsubasa's Pov

"Hey there (Y/N), it's been a year ever since the day you left. You know, Unicorn Jr. is becoming a hit these days and we're starting to get really popular too, not just in Japan but also in other countries. I'm glad that all our hard works are now getting some results. However, even with this fame I'm all getting, I still can't help myself to be lonely sometimes... because you're not here anymore." I heave a deep sigh to calm my nerves before continuing my words.

"Hey (Y/N), can you hear me? If you can, then would you hear me out? Well, I just wanted to tell you that I'm sorry for not being there when you needed me the most, I'm sorry for not coming to see you one last time, I'm sorry that I prioritized my fear more than I should prioritize you. I'm really sorry (Y/N)... but don't worry, soon enough I will join you there and we will be together again. So wait for me, okay? And always remember that, I'll love no one other than you. Farewell my princess." At the last word, a single tear ran down my pale cheek as I stared down at my lover's grave.

That's right, we will meet again... Someday!

The best and most beautiful thing in life is cannot be seen nor touched, but are felt in the heart.
