"Come on in.", said Sarah, with some reluctance, "I'm sorry, what's your name by the way?""My name is Evangeline, Evangeline Nelson.", she told her, "Your mother's spirit, asked me to help you. I cannot only communicate with spirits that have moved on, but also those who refuse to leave Earth's realm."
"Are you saying my mother hasn't moved on?", asked Sarah.
"No.", said Evangeline, "Why would you assume that?"
"You just said she was with me.", said Sarah, "Wouldn't that mean she's in earth's realm?"
"It's kind of hard to explain.", Evangeline told her, "I'll do my best. I've asked how the afterlife works, but they tell me I can't comprehend it. It would be like trying to explain Physics, and String Theory to an amoeba. Basically God, and the universe are all one in the same. Differnt existence coincided on different planes, and yet they all intersect. Just walking through a room, you can pass through millions of spirits existing in differnt planes. Some in Heaven, some in Purgatory, and sadly others in hell. Don't worry, your mother's in Heaven. But then there are those who stay on earth's plane of existence. They refuse to leave, it's hard, but they do find ways to avoid crossing over. These spirits refuse to let go of Earthly experiences, and the refuse to move on."
"You mean like Michael Winworth?", Sarah asked.
"No.", replied Evangeline, "He is another story. He was a dark witch. He tried to corrupt magic to create his own separate plane of existence. One where he himself would be, on some weird narcissistic level, God. You see Sarah, there are three types of witches. Dark witches twist and corrupt magic, for their manipulative purposes. While Light witches tap into magics purest form. Some witches can tap both sources, they are the most powerful, and the most evil. They are the more shadowy of the dark witches. Those were kind of witches that Michael Winworth, as well as his mother were."
"I'm scared.", said Sarah, "I don't know what to do. I don't want to go with him, but I know he's coming for me. If I don't marry him, he'll kill my father. My father will die like Todd, and Aunt Karen."
"Sarah.", began Evangeline, "I'm going to so something I rarely do. I can't guarantee how long it will last. It can abruptly end at any moment. I can channel your mother. She has the answers you are looking for. Both about the situation going on here, as well as unfinished business between the two of you."

The meeting Robert had with the developer was all but a major bust. He couldn't keep his mind off of his daughter, and the developer could tell he just wasn't into it. He was able to reschedule, but everything seemed to be against him. Then, all of a sudden, the car just died of the way back to Jonathan's.
"Son of bitch!", he yelled, "Why isn't anything going right?" He knew nothing about cars, so popping the hood would do him no good. It was times like this he had taken auto shop, instead of ceramics in High School. But he wanted to meet girls, not that he ever got a date out of the class. Well, he always had the automobile club. Unfortunately he was in the middle of nowhere, and there were no bars on his cellphone.
"Can this day get any worse?", he asked, "Please, nobody answer that." Just then, it began to rain.
"Great, I had to go and open my big mouth.", he sighed. At that moment a patrol car drove up.
"Can I help you, sir?", the officer asked.
"Please, my car broke down.", he told him. "I have no idea about cars, and cell doesn't have any bars. So I can't call the automobile club for a tow. Also, I have to great home to my daughter. She really needs me right now."
