"Teddy, call everyone here, I have to tell you something."
Once we were gathered in the living room, he started to talk.

"Do you remember the announcement about Seattle and Los Angeles?"
"Yes, we remember that, why? What is going on?"
„Okay, so I have to apologise to you, because I lied to you, about everything and now is time to explain everything to you.“
„Truth is, that I wasn't in New York for business. I wasn't in New York at all. I was in Geneva, that is in Switzerland. Global Authority HQ is located there. From there, whole world is being governed, the highest authority is in the hands of a Chancellor, under her, there are governors of colonies. We let you know that there are only colonies of Washington, New York, L.A and Seattle but that is not true. In fact there are dozens of them all US, Canada, South and Middle America and much more on the old continent.         I am truly sorry to keep this from you, we were simply ordered to it. Now, to    the point of my visit of Geneva.“
„Wait a second, isn't all of this a secret, why are you telling it to us and why now?“
„No, it is not, not anymore Teddy."
I guess that you remember Seattle situation and the Seattle Protocol, right? The Protocol was used in Los Angles. Colony fell into chaos and there was not any other solution, just like in Seattle. Now, while I was in Geneva, many important decisions were made there as usual but this time the World Congress wanted to make another decision.   Representatives of former France,   now it is region 14,15 and 16 said, that they had been watching activity of resistance in our colony. They claimed that they had found out, that activity of resistance is as high as it was in L.A. and Seattle, they recommended using The Protocol, to prevent spreading of unrest through our colony.
Voting was very close, but they won and the Protocol is in process.

The total rendition is coming and we can´t do anything about it.
