[Second Book] The Colony-Story of citizens

    Today there was an announcement, it was about our colony, about its citizens. They thanked us for our hard but great work for the colony and for each other. Since the terrorist trial, the colony was kept in line, there were no riots, demonstrations, or attempts of undermining of Authorities. That is great success for all of us. Next messages were for men and women is Homeland security, Authorities were thanking them for their great work in protecting the colony, and for great number of recruits, who were coming every day and last message was for priests and priestess of Greatest Day, who are keeping spiritual stability and order in our colony.
    But at 5 pm there was another announcement, this one wasn't as good as the previous one. This was about a situation in the colonies of L.A. and Seattle. Both of these colonies suffered from great unrest of citizens. In Seattle it was right after the Arrival, there was not enough of Homeland soldiers, and they were overruled by citizens. This is happening in L.A. right now, there is big amount of terrorist groups and Homeland is not able to suppress them. L.A. colony is about to fall into chaos.
    I heard from Irons that Seattle was taken, by so called Seattle Protocol. It is special solution, created in case, that Authorities are not able to keep order in colony. All people will be taken away, and a colony will be repopulated with people from behind the Walls, Authorities will simply welcome them there.
    This same thing is about to be implemented in L.A.
