"You've gotta be kidding me."
Peter didn't even try to hide the shit-eating grin on his face. "What?"
"I'm disowning you."
He laughed hard at Tony's face, which was completely devoid of any life. He wasn't sure how Tony would react to him wearing a Captain America Halloween costume from Party City, complete with little wings on the helmet and a plastic shield, but somehow this was better than anything Peter imagined.
"You have to admit, the fake muscles are a nice touch."
Tony shook his head in utter disappointment and pinched the bridge of his nose. "This is the worst day of my life."
"If it makes you feel better, it was either this or Hawkeye."
"Oh my god."
"Come on! You love it, admit it."
Tony screwed his eyes shut and waved the boy off. "Bye, Peter."
"Happy Halloween, Mr. Stark!"
