It was Saturday morning and I figured out that I should do something to occupy my time. I can record at my studio, but I really do feel like getting out of the house; I needed some girl time, so I decided to call Liz.

“Hey!”

“Hi Ari! What's up?”

“Are you doing anything this afternoon?” I bit my lip, hoping she doesn't have any plans.

“None, why?”she asked; By the sound of it, I think she was also up for girl time.

“Well, I'm really in the mood to go out. Care to come and join me?”

“Sure! It's kinda' dull here at home. So where do you want to go to?”

“I don't know, any suggestions?” I asked, not even knowing where to go. All that I know is that I want to get out of our house. I felt lonely especially because my mom's out and Frankie's still at the studio looking for The Guy for my music video. Apparently, last week's auditions did not turn out well. Frankie didn't like any of the boys who auditioned. It was already expected from him, because Frankie is a perfectionist, but I like him that way. At least I'd be getting the best guy out there right?

“How about the mall? It's been a while since the last time I've shopped for clothes.”

“Okay, I'm actually shooting the video that I talked to you about, so I might grab a couple of clothes too.”

“Nice, I'll just pick you up. What time do you want to go?”

“About 1:30? Is that okay?”

“Yeah, see you later?”

“See you! Bye!”

“Bye.”

I finished the call and quickly went to the bathroom. I quickly took a shower then put on some high-waisted denim shorts and a big white shirt with a pink elephant on it. I tied my hair into a ponytail and got down the stairs. I took a look at our wall clock and saw that it was already 10:30. I quickly searched for something to eat on the fridge, finding a Jelly-O's salad. I quickly unwrapped it and ate it to the last bit of corn. Once I was done, I cleaned up everything and came back upstairs to my room to change my shirt. I looked into my closet and took out a cream-velvet colored peasant top. I quickly changed into it, tucking it to my high-waisted shorts; I always wanted it old-school. I paired my outfit with nude flats to match-up my top. After I'm done with my outfit I put some minimal make-up on then grabbed my bag and went back downstairs. It was about time when I got down, I checked at our clock finding that it was already 1:00. It was just a few minutes before Liz picks me up. So, while I was waiting for her, I opened my phone and tweeted some of my fans. They were just great, I couldn't afford not to talk to them for a day. They just make my day complete.

While I was following some of my fans, I got startled by the sound of car outside. Liz was here. Once I heard her car, I rushed out of the door, locking it before I walk towards her car.

Liz opened the passenger seat for me from inside and I climbed in closing the door.

“Hey!” Liz greeted me.

“Hi! So shall we go?”

“Let's go!”

She stepped on the engine, getting out of our driveway.
