(Armin X Reader) "Study" Date

-Modern- (ARMIN IS MA 4th FAVE actually i apologize for misshaps hOly sht)

You were at math class, staring at the board as the boring teacher wrote down notes. You weren't that good at math, after all.

As you almost begin to drift to sleep, a note passes under you. You look to your left to see Armin, the boy that sits next to you.

"Read it." He mouths. You open the note.

____, why are you not paying attention? You usually pay attention. Is everything okay?

You sigh and pick up your pen, scribbling quickly.

It's nothing, I'm just not really good at math. My mom says I need tutoring and I'm freaking out.

Armin picks up the sliding note and unfolds it. It takes him a short time to read it and suddenly scribbles more.

He slips it back to you. You grab it silently and open it up. You quickly read and grin at Armin.

Well, if you're having so much trouble, maybe I can tutor you! What do you think?

You nod quickly and begin writing down a few things then fold it.

Alright. When and how are we gonna do it?

You send it to him and he unfolds it again and writes on the back of the note.

He throws it to you without making any sound as it lands on your lap. You turn the note around and read.

Meet me at the coffee shop a few blocks from my house. Bring your math journal. Be there an hour after school, okay? Text you details later.

You nod and smile as he smiles too. "This isn't going to be so bad!" You thought to yourself. After all, again, Armin was your crush since 8th grade. Now you were in 10th (if ur not 15 lets make-believe, ok?)

-Time Skip! After School-

You were at home, still in your school uniform: a skirt, blouse, (A/S [any shoes]) and a pony-tail to your left side.

Armin was texting you.

Armin: You know which coffee shop, right?

____: Yup! Thx so much Armin!!

Armin: No problem, what are friends for?

Suddenly, your mom barges in a few minutes later. "Sweetie, somebody is waiting for you outside."

"Oh," You look out your window and see Armin. He waves to you. "I have to go, mom! See you later!" You say and pick up your handbag with your journal.

You rush down the stairs and swing the door open. "Hi!" You say and smile. "Hi, ____!" Armin smiles.

You two begin walking over to the coffee shop, and the walk is silent.

"Well," Armin breaks the silence. "Do you wanna eat anything when we get there?" You shake your head and thank him. "No, please, it's alright!" You blush a little and turn your head to hide it.

"So, nice day huh?" You finally say. "Seems so!" Armin says and smiles. "Do you wanna do anything after?" He asks. "Well, if you want!" You giggle.

Both of you then arrive to the coffee shop. You get a small latte and Armin gets a coffee.

You open your book and he begins tutoring you.

-Time Skip! Twenty Mins Later-

"You know, ____, maybe we can do something else?" Armin says. "Like, instead of tutoring?" You say and grow a smile. "How about shopping!" You say. "Or the library?" Armin says instead.

"Sounds good!" You giggle. He grabs your hand and takes you outside, which made you blush madly. He walked with you to the library.

Once you both got there, you picked some books and sat in the same table as Armin.

A note passes under your book.

Hi.

You read it and write something else.

Well hello there, Armin!

He picks it up and stares at it only writing something on it later. He nervously passes it to you.

I love you.
