"Mikasa, wake up," A voice echoed through my head.

It happened again.

And again.

Until I realized it was real.

I opened my eyes to look up at (Y/N), who was smiling at me. "Get up now, little sleepyhead!" (Y/N) giggled at me, holding her hand out.

Ah, her hand was so soft once I took it... No! Shut up, Mikasa! You can't!

"Thanks," I muttered, as she helped me sit up. I then stood up, looking around the messy room we shared with Mimi and Sasha. "Everyone already left... did you sleep well?" (Y/N) asked me, suddenly brushing one of my raven locks out of my face.

"N-Y-I don't know..." I sighed, putting a hand on my forehead. "Oh well... What happened?" She asked me sweetly, sitting down next to me as she took her Survey Corps jacket off.

"I had that nightmare again-"

"The fall of Maria?" (Y/N) interrupted. I nodded, looking down. When she suddenly hugged me. I reluctuantly hugged back, awkwardly as I felt a blush creep up my face.

She's too sweet for someone like me... No! Mikasa! Stop! You already have Eren! You can't! My mind battled for reason. Yes; I liked (Y/N).

How could I not? She's so perfect... But I highly doubt she'd like someone like me... I'm just an idiotic ass.

"Mikasa, it's alright! I'll be here for you, whenever you need me..." she lectured, wanting to make me smile.

"Well, I am a girl!" (Y/N) laughed at Eren, as she suddenly pinned him down. Eren blushed, as she fought against him. Eventually, he lost.

Hehe, he's always been an idiot... But (Y/N)'s my other idiot... Gahh, it makes me wanna vomit how Eren thinks he can just walk all over her!

News flash, I said to myself. She's mine.

I was telling her how I felt right now, one way or the other.

I marched up to the two, who were conversing and laughing as they trained. Sheesh, Eren...

I took (Y/N)'s arm, dragging her inside. "M-Mikasa!" She squirmed, and I could feel her blushing. "Come with me," I commanded, walking up to our bedroom. I slammed the door open, throwing her on my bed as I crossed my arms.

"My arm," She said softly, looking up at me. "Why did you do that?" She asked me.

"...I didn't like the way Eren was looking at you... Only I can look at you that way... I-I love you, (Y/N)" I confessed, as I blushed madly.

(Y/N) just smiled at me. Did I do something wrong?! No... Please, no-

My thoughts were interrupted as she grabbed my hand, pulling me to her as she kissed me softly. I returned the kiss, softly and sweetly.

I felt (Y/N) wrap her arms around me, as I wrapped them around her. Our kiss deepened, as my imagination roamed freely.

Life has taken everything from me.

Maybe even my family...

But it hasn't taken my feelings away.

(Y/N)'s tongue and mine mixed in together in my mouth, having a mind of their own as I couldn't control anything anymore. My hands went all over (Y/N)'s body, getting a feeling of every curve as she did the same with me.

I felt safe with (Y/N), like I could trust her wherever we went. We both took our jackets off, as (Y/N) began unbuttoning her shirt. I did the same with mine, throwing it out as I could finally see (Y/N)'s (f/c) bra, and she could see mine.

(Y/N) then took her pants off, as I slid mine off. We then kissed again, feeling that same love over and over.

I wish my time with (Y/N) would never end.

She's just... so special.

I love her with all my life.

And I hope she always stays with me.
