Chapter 9

Surrender,Jeff and Liu along with me went up stairs so I could get my leg fixed up. The leaders of the three groups are in the basement and the rest of the three gangs are in the living room. Last time we did this when the leader of our sector was found to be ordering attack on his own members, the last attack was when me and gally found Surrender. God I remember that day they stormed the lot and took him to the center of the neighbourhood for his trial and how he confessed that he was ordering the attacks on his own group, ever since then we've put in more safeguards for our own people so in case of another corrupt leader or leaders the rest of the group would be safe.

"Have they started the meeting Jeff?" I asked seeing as I was the leader for the girls division of leaders. Now you might be questioning how we run our three groups of gang politics. There's three divisions for the sector. The easters are the top of the chain then it's the listeners finally south side. The easters handle negotiations with the other two sectors and all affiliation to the outside cities of how we look as a group. The listeners are the eyes and ears of our sector, and take the role to handle any and all issues between people in our sector. The listeners go into different areas of the city and get information on the latest happenings. Finally we have the south side, south side is the part of the city who works with the easters and the listeners and they take the job of enforcing the laws in our sector, along with that they are some of the strongest willed of our sector.

Each division has two leaders, most times each division has two of the same gender, then you get the rare case where it's both genders. The division I lead is the listeners along with luka the youngest of the twins.
"Are you done yet surrender?" I asked the meeting was going on and I can't be missing it.

"I'm done, but take it easy you're still banged up from last fight we had." I nodded and surrender sent me and Liu downstairs to the basement for the meeting. Liu knocked on the basement door and waited for someone to open it or give him the go ahead to go in. A few seconds later Quentin, he followed Lex and Seraphina who're the leaders of the south side. He's around to keep watch seeing as he's their older brother, opened the door and let us in. Liu walked over to the empty seat next to Luka and then left.

"I'll be in the stairwell, call me when the meetings over." Liu shouted as he walked out of the room.
