Waking up was not the most awkward thing at all, no it was looking to my left. Regaining my consciousness was welcoming actually, I felt warm and comfortable. So looking to my left certainly alerted my brain, because there lied Nash.

His arms were around my waist and they held me close to him. I squirmed a little bit, feeling slightly uncomfortable and awkward. He just pulled me tighter. I groaned.

"You know, if you keep squirming like that I'll just hug you more."

"How long have you been awake?!" I asked him a little startled.

He smiled, " doesn't matter love, now get up so I can get us something to eat." He said in a really bad cockney accent. Though I didn't mind, it sounded sort of natural on him.

"A nice way to start a morning." I sat up with him close in pursuit.

Then the door opened.

So scratch that when I said the most awkward thing was looking to my left. Now it's looking to my right, for my eyes to meet my pissed off looking brother. One heck of a morning now.

"Good morning Jonah, Nash." He glared over to Nash, "would any body like to explain to me..." He gestured to us "this? No? Well then, Nash!"

Wait, he knew Nash's name, he's BEEN saying his name. How did he? "and what about you Mr. Big Bro?" I said to Brandon. He didn't seem to be phased at all.

"You'll get your explanation when we both get ours from the innocent looking one sitting next to- wait, why don't you guys have your shirts on?" His eyes widened. " oh God, tell me you have-"

"YES!" Nash and I answered at the same time. "Yes we have pants on...." I finished.

Brandon just stood there with his eyes widened, and then he walked towards the door. "I'll be waiting down stairs in the living room, mom and dad left an hour ago." He said as he was shutting the door.

I looked at Nash. "That was the longest conversation with him I've had with him in a long time."I said truthfully "hey how did he know your name?"

"Let's just get downstairs" he replied.

So Nash and I separated to get dressed. I don't know where Nash got his clothes but he looked great... He came out of the bathroom with a dark blue shirt with black skinny jeans. He also wore a blue beanie and black Vanns. Wow...

"Hello? Earth to Jonah!?" Nash said with a smug smile, snapping me out of my look-fest. "Aren't you going to get ready?"

"What? Oh! Uh yeah, hold on." I walked into my closet and took out a plain white tee and dark blue jeans with a batman sweater and black converse. I closed my closet door and changed in there, when I walked out Nash smiled.

"You look, just...wow"

"Hah, I had the same thought about you."

"Ok let's get downstairs" he said with a slight blush.

I lead the way and he followed. I turned the corner and saw Brandon sitting on the sofa.

"C'mon boys, take a seat." He said without turning his head.

"Geez, no need to sound like dad.."

"Yeah? well you're just lucky he's not here."

"Why? Your just as bad as him" I said that with a glare.

"What is your problem Jonah? You're rude and snappy. And-"

"My problem? Why do you guys just assume I have a problem?! I mean first mom and dad talk about fricken therapy which I don't even need, and you're out all the time and don't stick around long enough for ANYTHING and neither does mom OR dad. On top of that you-"

"What do you mean therapy?!" He said

"Don't 'what do you mean therapy' me!" I said in a mocking tone "I bet you knew but didn't care enough to say anything. That's how it is with you guys! You just don't care!"

He flared with anger after I said that "what do you mean that we don't care?! JONAH!!! We care, but you're just so absorbed in moping around and stuff to even notice! I swear you just, I can't handle it when you're like this!"

"When I'M like this?! What do you mean when I'M like THIS? I've been like THIS for about three years now! And further more-"

"Guys stop!" I looked back and suddenly remembered that Nash was still here. "Seriously, I don't think brotherly issues are going to help us tell Jonah what the heck is going on, he still doesn't know remember?!"

Brandon looked at me then "heh yeah sure Nash, like you have any say."

"I do have say!" Nash looked mad now, he grit his teeth and spoke again, " if you're numb skull would remember what I am to him-"

"Yeah I remember!" Brandon pointed to me, "but do you think he does?"

"What do you mean I don't remember!!? What are you guys talking about??"

"You're just lucky that our parents aren't here to see you Nash, now sit down and let me explain this to Jonah, goodness knows that it would take Reagan forever to tell him" replied Brandon

"What do you mean I'm lucky? Ever since the incident I've been trying to contact you guys but-! Bleh!!! You wouldn't understand, Brandon" Nash said to my brother very bitterly. Then something clicked.

"What incident?"

Nash and Brandon's eyes both snapped to me, and then another thing clicked.

The lock to our front door.

And who you may ask was standing at our door? Why that would be our Parents and Reagan.

So again, scratch what I said about looking to the right and left. Looking back would have to be the most awkward thing right now....

"So what is this about Nash being lucky that your mother and I aren't here?" My dad said.
