The silence was deafening, and the tension was so thick, you could cut it with a knife. Looks we're exchanged around the room, well mostly how I looked from the adults back to Brandon and Nash.

It was quiet for another moment before my father spoke.

"Well? We're waiting"

Not a word was uttered.

"Boys" my mom said as she and Reagan approached us.

"Shi-nikeyes"

"Crap"

"Yes mom?"

Nash and I whipped our heads to Brandon, who said that like there wasn't a giant elephant in the room.

"What's going on?" My mom spoke directly to Brandon when she said that.

"Well we have a guest and you are interrupting"

"Brandon"

"I think that was fairly rude of you,"

"Bra-"

"And further more," Brandon cut off my mothers sentence. "I think that Jonah should-"

"BRANDON THOMAS GREENE!! What is going on here?!?"my mother exploded at him.

All three of us flinched. So once again it was quiet. I was soaking in the situation right now. What WAS going on? For all I know this could be a prank or something.

Nash hit my arm, and I looked at him funny. "Ow! What?"

"Stop it."

"Stop what?" He huffed and pulled me towards him in a hug-like manner.

"Nash" Reagan spoke. She had all of our attention, "Why don't you grab Jonah and sit down? I think we ALL have some explaining to do."

"But he won't believe anything!" Jonah said. I looked at his face and he was pink with frustration. "He won't believe, and he might not remember."

Remember what? I tried thinking hard, but nothing came. Though I did feel slightly uncomfortable, plus a mini headache was starting.

"Might not." Reagan said she paused a little before looking straight at Nash.... "might not. Might being the key word here, Nash." She walked over to him and I with a smile on her face. "But you remember, right? And you know what you guys are and what you mean to each other."

"But-"

"Child when I say stuff, you listen!!" Reagan said with a chuckle. She then looked to my parents. "Shall we?"

I felt dizzy, and I stumbled a bit, Nash caught me and studied my face. His eyes widened.

"No." Was that from my mouth?

Everybody turned to me. Well, I guess it was.

"I'm not doing this" there's my voice but, it's not me. I look around the room and focus on Nash. He's staring atme.

"What? Jonah, why?" Brandon asked me.

"Cause It's ridiculous" I let go of Nash, his eyes still wide on me. "I think it's absolutely insane. You guys are just idiots right?"

That's not me! I don't think that! I locked eyes with Nash pleading with him.

" Jonah?"

The fudge?! What the-

"Jonah! It's me Nash! Good you're still in there"

I look at Nash's face, he's concentrating hard.

Nash?

"Finally!! Are you ok? What do you see?"

What do I see? I see you guys but I can't do anything!!

"Shut up!" I jump back in alarm "Nash stop it! Shut up, shut up , SHUT UP!!"

Did I say that?

"It's not him." Nash says. He walks toward me slowly, worry covering his face.

"Get away! You're all crazy!" I say and I back away further from him.

Jonah?

Nash, help.

Nash and Reagan look at my parents. "What did you do?" Nash whispered to them. "WHAT DID YOU DO?!" He said in a hoarse yelling voice.

"Nash stop, it's not there fault." Reagan said.

"It's not us, it's the chant... They said this was extremely rare! Hank! What's happening to our son?!" My mother said urgently.

"I- I don't know it's... It's not supposed to happen! I-"

"What are you saying?" I scoffed, "This has got to be some sick joke." The voice that was me, (but wasn't) said. "What the Frick are you guys doing? C'mon mom, dad... Give it up!"

Nash!

Jonah, I'll make it okay. Alright?

Ok... How are you-?

Shh, try not to think. Stay still

Stay still? What the-

In a moment I saw Nash come closer to me.

"Alright?" I looked into his eyes and I felt almost normal again.

"Okay," I said, and this time it was me.

He took my face and he closed the gap. His lips captured mine and everything vanished. We separated and I looked up to him. "Nash?" My own voice said cautiously.

"Jonah? Is that you?"

"Y-" my breathe hitched. I felt weird, I gasped for breathe. It felt like I was choking.

"Jonah!"

I remember my family saying and the look on Nash's face before I passed out. He looked terrified, was I a monster?

That was my last thought before the my eyesight dwindled to nothing and all I saw was black.

I was out.
