Bio Chi was born to a Human and a one eyed ghoul, being more human than ghoul like until ten. She originally had brown hair before she embraced being a ghoul. Her parents sent her to Ward 13 to have Jason torture her when she was seven. She was strong and it took years, until ten, to embrace the hidden part of her. Until then she was tortured physically and mentally, he even went as far as to rape the poor girl a few times. Once embraced she was sent back home where she ran off to Ward Four. There she met Uta who was in charge, the two became friends and later on lovers at fourteen. They've been together since. Chi is somewhat rouge and eats humans but has never been caught due to using a mask, when she can't hunt she uses the horrid supplement.
