Plum x female!reader

"Almost...Almost...got it! My my Y/N you are looking absolutely sexy!" As Plum finished the final adjustments to your hair, you looked into the mirror with a bashful expression. "Are you sure...? I don't know, I don't think I can pull it off very well." Plum admired your look in the mirror and placed a soft kiss on your cheek. "Oh I'm very sure." She said placing a hand on your hip pulling you closer. As she did this you blushed immensely but smiled contently as she boosted your confidence up a little. "Alrighty! You ready?" You nodded before going to her hover car getting in the shotgun seat.

   As Plum got into the drivers seat, she pulled a CD from the compartment. "Beth made me a Mixtape awhile back so I though we'd give a listen to it to spice up the mood!" She put the CD in and the party officially commenced. The both of you had no plans other than driving in her hover car looking for adventure listening to music but so far it was a blast just driving down the galactic freeway listening to Spice Girls, Blondie, and all other kinds of pop music to get you going. "Ooh! I spotted a clothing shop! Would you like to try some stuff on Y/N?" She inquired giving you a soft smile staring at you with those gorgeous eyes. "Y-yeah! That sounds great!" Her smile became wider as she put her turn signal on and made her way to the shop.

  Very soon the both of you had made it inside and you were both very astonished to find the many variety of clothing there. It didn't take you very long to loose Plum as her excitement got the best of her, and not even a minute into the shopping process she already paraded many different aisles picking all the stuff she liked. "Y/N! Come here darling!" You followed her voice to be met with her holding a hanger with a dress that seemed to be able to fit you. "It's gorgeous is it not? You should try it on!" You examined the dress, imagining what it would look like on you. By the looks of it the dress would most likely expose your chest a bit along with hugging your sides. "I Uh..." Before you could answer she gave you the dress smiling gently.

  You didn't want to make her feel sad so you made your way to the changing rooms, slowly putting the dress on. You were right on how it looked on you, but you felt super unconfident about it. "Are you done Y/N? May I see?" You sighed and responded back. "Yeah! Come on in." The door promptly opened and as soon as her eyes set on you she jumped up and down. "Y/N! You look absolutely divine! You should get it!" You turned your head away shyly looking down at the ground. "..Is there something wrong?" She inches closer to you wrapping her arms around your waist pulling you closer. "Plum I really wish I could be as confident as you. I'm not even that pretty-, a-and I just wish I could see what you see."

   The room went silent for a second until she gently put her hand on your cheek turning you over for a passionate kiss on the lips. "Y/N, I want you to know that you are more beautiful than you know. And I understand if you don't want to wear the dress." You looked at the dress one last time and took into account what she said. You did really feel good in that dress and your inner demons were keeping you from that. "You know what Plum? I'm getting this dress and wearing it out!" A surge of confidence hit you as you came out of the dressing room. "If you want too I found some sweaters that would look so cute on you! They're totally your speed too." You smiled holding her hand. "Yeah, I like those a lot."

   To this day you still wore those sweaters, and held that dress very dearly to you.
