3 years went by for Alex, Jay, Jar and three other Jedi had joined The Rebellion. Jedi Master Obi Wan Kenobi was killed by Darth Vader and The First Death Star was destroyed by a young Rebel Pilot named Luke Skywalker. The name "Skywalker" got her attention. She sensed a connection between Luke and Anakin and came to realization they are father and son. How did this come about? After The Clone Wars began, Anakin Skywalker secretly married Padmé Amidala on Naboo. Only Alex knew about Anakin's Marriage to Padmé and promised to keep it a secret. After Order 66, Obi Wan found out about Anakin's marriage and Padmé's pregnancy. She heard and felt Padmé's death. She could not believe Anakin could do something like that. She also heard about Skywalker's & Kenobi's Duel on Mustafar. She believe Anakin died on Mustafar, but, deep down, he is still alive and is in life support suit as The Dark Lord of The Sith, Darth Vader. Just then, Master Windu entered Alex's Chambers.
Master Windu: Alex...I want you to pack your things and meet me at the ship. We're joining The Rebellion.
Alex: Yes, master.
And, Alex did just that. Packing enough robes, equipment & her lightsaber and met up with Master Windu. They got on board and headed towards Bespin, to Cloud City. Once they reached, Windu told the pilot to find a place to land. As the ship lands, Two Sith were watching them. Once after they landed, they got out and looked around. The ship took off and headed towards The Rebel Fleet.
Master Windu: Listen up everyone, we have read on Keep a sharp eye out. We'll split up into teams. Alex and Mace, you will be with me. Lucius, You will go find Leia and the others. Echore and Joellex, you two will go together. If you see any Stormtroopers, destroy them.
Everyone nodded in agreement. And with that, Master Windu and his team went inside and Lucius followed. Mace and the others enter the building and discover the entire city is deserted with dead stormtroopers. All is quiet and calm until they all sensed a dark presence. Stepping out of the corner, is two Inquisitors. One of the is what Alex recognized. The Sister of Darth Maul, Darth Siss. Alex told Master Windu and Lucius to took Mace Lyon and run and found The Rebels. Noticing this, Siss told The Inquisitor to chase them and kill them. Alex ignited her lightsaber and went into her stance. Siss ignited her saber and attack. They were locked in a fierce duel, almost like Obi Wan's & Qui Gon' duel with Darth Maul many years ago. Even thought Siss lost her arms, she is still a skilled fighter. Both girls lock sabers.

Alex: What's wrong, Siss? Your brother not here to scold you for your failure.
Siss: He died on Tatooine by Obi Wan Kenobi.
Alex: Pity; After all....he had it coming. For all of the crimes and troubles he caused....He deserved to die.
That angered Siss and unleashed a series of furious attacks, which Alex blocks and parries. That's to her brother's training, she is skilled in Vaapad, just like Mace Windu and Jay Lyon. Their duel continue until Alex was beginning to tire Siss out. Both Siss and Alex lock sabers again. Alex broke the lock again and launched a series of attacks, something she learned from her brother while training Lieutenant Ise in The Soul Society. After all, Siss did lose to Nanao Ise on Sōkyoku Hill. Siss stopped and stared at Alex, while breathing heavily.
