Logan said he wanted to marry her.

Just thinking of marrying Logan sent Jamie into a whirlwind of utter bliss. She had always thought of Logan as a forever in her life and it filled her with absolute happiness that he felt the same way about her.

Logan was going to be in her life forever and Jamie knew that no matter what happened he would always be there. Of course, Logan was a lot of work, but wasn't that what all relationships were like? Jamie knew that if she wanted to keep Logan in the way that she hoped for she was going to have to make some major sacrifices in her life.

It was Thursday morning and Jamie's peaceful night of sleep was abruptly interrupted by the annoying sound of her alarm. Groaning, Jamie tried to reach her arm out to hit the snooze button, but Logan's arms were wrapped around her securely preventing any arm movements from her. She tried to wriggle out of his embrace, but that only made him squeeze her in tighter. The alarm continued to scream out at her growing in pitch every second she delayed. If it wasn't for the fact that Logan was a fricking anaconda, she would be able to get up. Using all her might, Jamie pushed her small hands against his chest.

After creating a small window of space between her and Logan, she reached her hand out toward the alarm. She was just about to touch her phone screen when Logan rolled back over to her. He grabbed her by the waist and pulled her back into his body. Jamie huffed away the strands of hair that flew into her face. She would never make it on time to class at this rate.

"Logan," She whispered in his ear. "Please let me go. I have to go to class."

Logan began to grumble incoherently into her hair.

The alarm was now deafening at this point and she couldn't believe Logan was still in a half-dreamy state.

"You asked for it..." Jamie turned her head towards Logan and quickly bit the tip of his ear.

Logan instantly shot forward rubbing his wounded ear. "What the hell!"

"Yes!" Jamie exclaimed reaching for the alarm and silencing it finally.

"I can't believe you just bit me," Logan said narrowing his eyes at her.

Jamie shrugged. "I have to go to class."

"Why don't you just skip it?"

Jamie rolled her eyes and shook her head.

"I can think of something better you could be doing instead of going to some stupid class." He wiggled his eyebrows at her suggestively.

It was nice for Jamie to feel so wanted by Logan. She longed to remain in bed with him all day long. All of his attention would be on her and no one else. But, as tempting as that sounded to her, she really needed to go to class. She couldn't afford too many absences.

Jamie jumped off the bed and began searching her drawers for clothes to wear.

"Sorry, Logan. I have to go." She told him putting a sweater on.

Logan slowly crawled out of bed rubbing the sleep from his eyes. He lifted his arms out in a stretch and let out an impressive yawn.

"At least let me take you to coffee." He offered.

She had about twenty minutes until class started and was already almost done getting ready. Thinking to herself, Jamie realized that she would have just enough time to get coffee and make it to class on time if they left within the next three minutes. Jamie smiled to herself. She would have an extra few minutes with Logan before class. She would never pass that up.

Jamie and Logan walked hand in hand on the way to the coffee shop. It was surprisingly sunny out and it felt a lot warmer than usual.

Jamie turned her head to the side and lifted her gaze towards Logan. She took in his dark, inky black hair which was shining in the sunlight. The corners of his lips were turned up in a contented smile while they walked. Just looking at him reminded Jamie of how much she loved him.
