CHAPTER 9

We pulled up to the hardware store and im so confused right now. Are we gonna make something. We all jumped out of thr car and walked in to the shop

'what are we doing here?' I asked

'well this isnt the plan we just have to buy some stuff here first..' Ashton said

Luke smiled at me 'Do you want a piggy back?' he asked

'Sure!' i smiled at him and jumped on his back. 

We walked past a couple isles until we reached the isle we needed to go to. I was still so confused as to what we were doing. Ashton pulled off a massive lenghth of string, are we going to strangle eachother? i shook that thought out of my head and watched what he picked up next, pegs and a massive piece of paper, and when i say massive, i mean about the size of a wall, maybe a little bit bigger.

I looked at Ashton confused and he just giggled. We started walking down another isle and we stopped at the paint, Ashton pulled down black.

'Luke and Ally pick 3 different colours each.' Ashton said

I picked Red, Blue and Purple

Luke picked Green, Yellow and Orange

Once we had all our supplies we walked over to the counter. I think i have an idea of what we are doing, but this could be a million different things.

We pulled up to an old run down building. I was still so confused. We all got out of the car and stood on the pathway outside the rundown building, it looked like there would be a few floors that would be okay to use but I had no idea what we are doing so I dont know. My eyes went to Luke and I watched him pull all the paint tins out of the back onto the pathway. I couldnt stop staring. He was beautiful. But I dont have feelings for rim, right? i couldnt. Luke and I joined eyes again, just staring, like it is every other time.

'You guys keep staring at eachother in silence.. its scaring me. Are you guys like talking with stares?' Ashton asked

my eyes looked away from Luke and I just giggled.

'You dont mind getting dirty do you?' Ashton asked as he reached down the back seat to grab one more thing.

'No. I can always re buy this stuff i guess' i said as i watched what he was getting.

He pulled out my camera gear, how did he get that? why did he have that?

Ashton walked into the building holding my camera gear and some paint tins. I held the paper, string and pegs while Luke held the other paint cans.

We walked up some stairs until we got to a floor Ashton was satisfied with.

We stopped at about the 7th floor. the walls and the floor were cement along with ceiling.

I watched as they hung the string up and then pegged the white paper too it, they dropped the paper roll so it would roll across the floor.

Ashton opened the paint cans and placed them on the edge of the paper sitting on the floor. He then walked over to my Camera gear and set up the tripod infront of the paper, placed my camera on it then got it ready to record.

'Okay Luke and Ally stand in the middle of the paper, but first take your shoes off.' Ashton ordered.

I took off my black converse and met Luke in the middle of the paper.

'You know before you press record you could atleast tell me what were doing..' i said trailing off as I saw the red light on the camera start flashing, it was recording. I gave Ashton a confused look and she just smiled at me. Luke walked behind me, over to the paint cans and picked up a puddle of red paint in his hand, I looked back over to Ashton to see him smiling, looking over to Ashton wasnt the best idea because i felt a cold splat on my back.

'You did not.' I said to Luke turning around.

'Oh but I did.' He said smirking at me

I walked over to the Green paint and picked up a puddle in my head and threw it at Luke's face. I grabbed the Purple paint and ran over to the other side of the paper. Luke picked up the blue can and walked to the middle of the paper. He picked up some paint in his hands and then I picked up paint in my hands. We just stood there, staring at eachother, waiting for someone to go first.

Luke starter running at me and I started running away. I felt a tight grip around my waist and then felt paint splatter across my face. I picked up some red paint and threw it at him so it went all over him.  Luke picked up the yellow paint and threw the whole can at me. I gasped and then started laughing.

'Okay that was rude. And you arent going to get away with it.' I said

Luke laughed and I walked over to the Orange paint, i picked it up and walked back over to Luke and quickly poured it over his head. I laughed and dropped the can while running away. I watched Luke as he picked up the red bucket and was watching me run. When i got to a certain spot he threw the Red paint at me so it went all over me. I ran over to get the black paint but it was already gone. I stood there and then I felt Luke's tight grip around my waist again and then I felt cold paint pour onto my head and into my hair and down my face. He dropped the Black can of paint and picked up another. I tried to run away but because of all the paint on the paper I slipped. I heard a paint can hit the ground fall on the ground and I felt Luke's arms wrap around me and he caught me before I fell. Our chests were touching and we just looked into eachothers eyes, his blue eyes would be the death of me, they are beautiful. he is beautiful. His smile, his eyes, his dimples, his personality, his everything. I stood here in his arms and looked into his eyes, so many seconds passing by, i remember my first day at school and the eye contact we made while walking to his desk, When he drove me home and we were bursting out lyrics while driving down the road, the looks we give eachother and I dont know why I havent realised it yet but its just clicked...

I have feelings for Luke...

*Luke's POV

We pulled up to their house at 3:00, covered in paint. I completly forgot that Ashton was there watching me and Ally throw paint at eachother. Ashton got out of the car and ran insidr his house.

Ally and I walked down the rocky pathway to her house.

'I had fun today...' she trailed off

'So did I..' i said

We looked at eachother again and after a minute we both looked away.

'Did it get your mind off things?' I asked

'Yeah, yeah it did' she replied

'That's good!' i said stopping at the door and turning to face Ally. It was silence until she spoke up

'Thank you Luke... for everything, for holding me and letting me cry on your shoulder and thank you for making me happy after a morning that was terrible. I thought i would be angry and sad forever, but you didnt let that happen. Thank you for everything.' She said looking into my eyes.

'You're welcome.' i said smiling 'and dont forget, you can call me at 3 in the morning and i will answer... because i care.'

at this point i didnt realise that i was standing over her and our faces were only centimetres apart.

' I- I should umm, go now.' I said

'Okay bye. I will see you tomorrow.' she said happily.

i smiled 'Bye'

I watched her walk inside and as i was walking out to my car I was thinking of how much i have thought about Ally lately and realised how beautiful Ally actually was.

I stopped dead in my tracks as I just realised what the new feeling i have been getting is...

I have feelings for Ally.
