Justing showed up to pick up Savannah at 5:30. He was very early. Savannah was wearing a red sundress and had curled her hair. She decided to keep her makeup natural.
Justin was wearing a button-down shirt. he had on jeans and nice shoes. Savannah knew he would feel under-dressed when he walked into the Second Street Diner.
The car ride to the diner was quiet, but not uncomfortable. About 10 minutes away from the diner, Justin wrapped his hand around hers. Savannah was very happy with his small gesture.
They arrived at the diner quickly. They ordered their food and were left alone to talk. The diner was very quiet. there was only one other couple there.
"So, tell me a little about yourself, Justin," Savannah began the conversation.
"I was born and raised right here in this town. i have never left Texas. I have one brother. He is 23. My dad died when i was very young. My mother is a nurse at Children's hospital. I have only dated a few girls before you, and have never had my first kiss. My favorite colors are blue and red. I have been in fights over various things. Does this satisfy you?" Justin ranted. Savannah was shocked. she expected a few sentences for an answer. Not a life story....
