Peanuts: Mingyu x reader

Chapter 4

Y/n POV:

Sunmi and I walk into art class and I follow her to a table and sit. I look over to the art teacher, he has brown hair that kind of looks like a coconut and a bunny like smile. He looks like he's in his early 20s.

I sit in an empty seat next to a guy drawing in a sketch book and Sunmi sits next to me. The boy I'm sitting by briefly looks up and me and continues to draw in his sketch book.

The more I observe him the cuter he looks, he has soft features and his eyes turn into crescents when he smiles at his sketch. "So, what are you drawing?" I ask him.

He looks up at me and looks back at his sketch, "It's meant to be a flower garden." He looks up at me and we make eye contact "You're the new student aren't you, Y/n right?" I nod my head, "Well my name is Hoshi, it's nice to meet you!" He sticks out his hand and I shake it.

I smile widely, "It's nice to meet you too Hoshi!" He smiles back at me. Mr. Jeon starts class and fills me in on the project, it's supposed to be a portrait project and you have to paint your partner on a canvas.

Since the class started the project a few days ago Sunmi already had a partner, the only person who didn't have a partner was Hoshi. I look over at Hoshi  curiously, "Why didn't you have a partner?"

"Well since this class has an odd number I was the unlucky one to have to work alone, I was originally supposed to draw Mr. Jeon. Now I guess I get to draw you, which in my opinion is a lot better then drawing our teacher," Hoshi responds while smiling.

I nod and smile at his words, "Well then let's get started on the project then!"

Time skip to the end of class

As the bell rings I say my goodbyes to Hoshi and met up with Sunmi by the door to find my next class, which is home ec. As we walk to the classroom talking about random things I see Mingyu walk into the home ec classroom. You have to be kidding me, I actually have a class with that annoying jerk!

We walk into the class room and I see Mingyu sitting in the back, our eyes meet and he smirks, making my cheeks go pink . Mr. Kim the home ec teacher spots me standing in the front of the class and walks towards me, "You're the new student Y/n right? We need a place for you to sit!" His eyes scan the classroom before they settle on the back. "Y/n how about you sit next to Mingyu."

My eyes widened and I felt like screaming, this literally couldn't get any worse! Mingyu's smirk grows as I walk towards the desk, "Well Y/n, welcome to my table! I guess we're now seat buddies!" Mingyu says to me amusingly. I couldn't do anything else but face palm.

Thank you for reading! Just to clarify, Mr. Kim (Namjoon) is the teacher for history and Mr. Kim (Seokjin) is the teacher for home ec.
