Chapter Eleven

Later on that night....

"Dom please don't go." I beg as he and the rest of the team minus Jesse prepare to go through with the job.

"I'm doing this for us." Dom said as he begins to open the door to his car.

"That's bullshit! You are doing this for you!" I shout getting angrier by the second as Dom doesn't even seem to be bothered.

"Just listen to me for once!" Dom shouts back as he gets closer to me so there is barely any space between us.

"Why should I?" I ask as the space between us seems to lesson if that is even possible.

"Because I love you dammit!" He shouts as he cups my face in his hands. We both grow quiet, almost frozen in our position at his confession.

My mind races as he looks at me in what I can tell is worry. I can tell my silence has affected him as he pulls away from me probably thinking I'm rejecting him and his love for me.

"I love you too, you big idiot." I said as I grab his face in my own hands pulling him into a kiss.

The kiss turns very passionate almost possessive as Dom easily takes control. He dominates my mouth as he squeezes my ass with his rough hands. I giggle into the kiss as I hear Leon let out a low whistle as we accidentally put on a show in front of the team. I flip them off as I feel Dom's chest vibrate from laughter.

"Please baby, go home. I'll meet you there after this." Dom said as we separate from each other only a little as Dom rests his forehead against mine.

"I'll go find Mia and take us home." I whisper pecking his lips one last time and not even a step away from him I feel a sting on my behind as Dom has slapped it.

I throw a playful glare over my shoulder before continuing my journey to find Mia. Who's run off to God knows where. Luckily for me it didn't take long to find her as I could hear from a distance her argument she is having with Brian.

"Are you kidding me?!" I hear Mia shout as I get closer to the two. By the time I appear in front of them both Mia has tears running down her face and Brian is in distress himself. More anger than sadness as he quickly notices me.

"What's going on?" I ask glancing between the two just as confused as ever.

"He's your brother! Did you know he's been undercover?" Mia asks in an accusing tone as her glare is turned towards me now.

"Watch it! She doesn't know a damn thing about me being undercover. She didn't have anything to do with this!" Brian shouts before I could say anything as Mia steps back in shock.

"You didn't?" Mia asks wanting to confirm it with me as she almost pleads with her eyes maybe her entire body that it is in fact true.

"No Mia, I would've said something by now. Yea, he was a cop for the longest time. When he dropped off the face of the earth I thought he was done with the badge." I said as my eyes narrow at Brian, I never thought he'd do anything like this. Especially messing with Mia like this.

"Please, I need your help both of you." Brian pleads as I share a look with Mia. I sigh with a nod as this is probably one of the worst ideas that my brother has ever had.

"We'll help you, but after that I don't want to see you ever again." I said feeling my own tears build up in my eyes as I stare at the only family I've ever had all of my life.

"I'll leave you alone for now, but you know I'm not going to promise you that you are my baby sister." He said as we make our way to his car.

"You'll have a lot of ass kissing to do." I said leaning against the window as Brian speeds down the road to the highway.
